BabySpa Overtoom

Nice afternoon activity for the baby. We took our 9 month old son and he loved it ! Babies supposed to float however he liked to get water outside of the pool. It is very nice activity and sensory activity for a baby and parents to enjoy watching baby. It is completely safe. Our spa was not on time so they offered us 10 minutes massage for our son that was a nice token of a good service. The place has a lot of potential and girls tried to provide a great service however I will advise to work on improving and with reducing any surprises. You will have a changing table for yore baby and they will even put his/her name on it. They are providing nappies, swimming suits & towels. Thank you for a nice experience.

Unhelpful, unfriendly and unaccommodating manager. She did nothing to greet us (offer us tea/champagne?) and then did nothing to guide or help us.

I had received 2 gift cards (for baby spa and baby massage) so I brought my friend with her baby. We asked the manager if we could share the sessions (no one’s baby needs 30 minutes in water or a 45 min massage), so we suggested if the babies could have 10 minutes each. The manager said it’s not possible, even though the place was empty. My friend then proceeded to dip her baby in the water without any instruction or guidance. She could’ve been at home in a bathtub. It was super awkward. When it was time to leave, the manager sat back while we toweled off our babies and dressed them, and didn’t offer any help while we put on our coats/shoes so we had to sit our babies on the floor.

The experience was disappointing. There was nothing spa-like about it. Save your time & money and give your baby a bath and massage at home.

If you are lucky to be there when the spa is not busy, the experience will be ok. However, we came on Saturday where all 4 pools were full and only one lady running the spa, that was a disaster. The spa was no longer relaxing as lots of people talking and baby crying. This made my baby nervous and then cried shortly after entering the spa because of too much noise in a relatively small place. After the bath, we were supposed to have a baby massage - however, the massage lady was not ready at that time and then left my baby wait almost 30’… Of course he ended up being frustrated and fussy, after waiting with hungry stomach (we did not know how long the wait would be as the lady said she is coming “soon”)
Overall the experience was negative and no relaxing as it is supposed to be in a baby spa…

Very friendly and warm place, clean and calming for the little baby, very kind hostess! It’s nice for babies to be in the water as they can discover to move their body in different ways without gravity getting in the way. My baby seemed to automatically do a doggy paddle which was so cute to see and then move his legs to the front for a float.

We had the pleasure of taking our 6 months old baby to BabySpa on the Overtoom. It was a very memorable experience for both baby and parents (maybe even more so for the parents). We were hosted by the lovely Mariam who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The BabySpa was exceptionally clean, organised, and neat. Our daughter was provided with her personalised changing station before she was taken to the baby jacuzzi where she spent ample amount of time in the bubbling water. She was then treated, by Mariam, to a lovely massage (and some baby yoga). Overall, the experience was lots of fun, and I highly recommend it. We will definitely be going back.

My husband and I had the best time here with our little one! She loved being in the water and it was so fun watching her. The woman working there was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this place!

We went for the single spa with our 1 month old and had a great time. She really enjoyed the bubbles and the staff was great.
Highly reccomended.
