Had a really great and completely private experience! Temperatures of all the facilities are perfect and the atmosphere is nice. Lady at the reception was very kind and helpful

The place is a hidden gem that is so underrated! Everything was great to experience, the efficiency and care of details was really impressive and for a good 2 hours, the detachment from everything outside was much needed!
Thanks to our host Reba, the birthday event was a great success!

Avoid this place at all costs. My wife and I tried to go here for a few relaxing hours and we didn't make it past the door. We booked a time, 1:30, thinking it was 1:30 PM, but apparently it was for 1:30 AM. When we showed up for our time slot in the afternoon they told us that we didn't arrive at the correct time and we could not enter the spa. We asked if we could adjust the time and the response was "it is not possible." The offer no modifications and no refunds. Despite the fact that we paid in advance and that ALL FOUR spas were unused and unbooked (we checked), they would not let us in. If we wanted to use the spa we would have to rebook another time slot and be charged again. Terrible business model.

This place is fantastic! Sarah was incredibly kind and focused on customer satisfaction. Whatever her salary is, it should be doubled—she truly saved our evening.
