Stephanie shes a great hostess , really friendly gived good instructions.paid my first visit it was really clean had good relaxing time hadnt to bring my own towels.

We had a great time here. I reserved sauna 1 for 2 hours. Everything was perfect and clean. The staff gave us a tour about the facilities.There is also a mini bar that you can pay easily by scanning QR code. It can be even better by adding more options. It was totally a relaxing night. The good point was the working hour. We can enjoy late evening that everywhere is closed in the city.

Our visit was the first and last time.

1: The spa itself was all standard and somewhat outdated (urgently in need of modernization!).

2:Journey about 3 hours first. Date booked with deposit for room 1 and written confirmation and on site we were told that the room would already be occupied and we can discuss it with your colleague himself.
Fine and good,

3: Money was also demanded immediately in advance on time without discount or other accommodating suggestions.

4: Paid for 3 hours and lost just under an hour because of the complications, where the fault was not even with us ... Remote control received, which does not work and there first again waited until we could meet the colleague first and then still a non-waterproof remote control.
In addition, for the Wi-Fi password also waited another 10 minutes until this was found at some point.

For us personally, the day was unfortunately already run and could go home with zero satisfaction 3 hours to Germany and thus we recommend this spa also not further!

Gisteren hier geweest, een hele mooie privé sauna waar je tot rust kan komen!! Alles was netjes eruit. Medewerker was heel aardig. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en komen zeker nog terug
