Sparadise Spa

I’ve been to better spas. First of all, it was hard to find the entrance. Secondly, the staff seemed indifferent to customer complaints: ‘Was everything okay?’ ‘Not really, the water is cool.’ ‘Okay.’
Then, I couldn’t really use the jacuzzi or the pool because the water was cool. After that, I spent half an hour in a sauna but didn’t sweat it all out because it was only warm. Finally, the hairdryer looked awful, as if it had survived a nuclear w. The only positive thing was the hammam.

We stayed here for couple of hours and we were welcomed by Jacqueline. She was a wonderful host and we had a great time.
The place was very clean and private. Highly recommended.

We had booked at the wrong time…absolutely user error that I thought 1-3 was 1pm-3pm and not 1am-3am. We showed up at 1pm for what we thought was our reservation to be told I had booked the wrong time. All four spas were open (so open that the attendant was absently scrolling her phone and not paying attention to either spa location). We kindly asked if we could change our reservation time since it was an honest mistake on our end. Yes, we could change our reservation, but we would have to pay again. We absolutely were not going to pay again when it was obvious the spas weren’t being used and it wouldn’t have inconvenienced anyone. We just wanted to use the time we had already paid for. The girl said it wasn’t possible…those were the rules. We could stay and pay again, or not. They already had our money, so it didn’t matter to them. We won’t be back, and we won’t use any of these spas again just based on their poor hospitality. Clearly money is the one and only object and not guest satisfaction.

We had an nice moment in this private spa, super clean and good facilities. Big thank to Dilan from the staff for the great hospitality.

Really cool spa but the location was a bit confusing to find. Overall a really nice experience.

We booked online, paid half when booking then the rest when we arrived. We booked for 2 hours and the woman who showed us everything was really sweet and informative. Unfortunately our experience was worsened at the end, they charged us an extra €30 for coming out 15 minutes late. Even though we were told they would flash the lights 15 minutes before our time was up, therefore we didn’t think it was necessary to check our phones or the time. They didn’t flash the lights until 5 minutes past our time, only then did we see the time and just thought they were not in a rush to get us out as there was no one booked after us.
When I questioned them they were extremely defensive saying it was in the terms and conditions. I find it very misleading that they say they will give you a warning but then blame it on us, when we trusted they would do as they said. Really unfortunate as we had a great time and wanted to come there more often with friends.

Went with my girlfriend and it was a beautiful spot. Great amenities, big pool, good amount of time. It was a very pleasant stay and we are definitely planning to come back.
