Zenzu Massage

Anita gave me one of the best massage I had so far. In do recommend everybody her pressure point massage!

Today, I had a sports massage at Zenzu Delft. Misha who helped me is an experienced massage therapist, patient with a soft voice, which I think is a great tool as it reassured me that I was in safe hands. I will definitely return.

This is a really nice place to go for a quality massage. I have visited several times for Sports Massage and found the massage to be very thorough. The masseur was very skilled and professional. Regular sports massage has been valuable for my recovery from athletic performance.

This was my fourth visit, and once again, the session fell short of the promised 30 minutes. After being asked to undress, I was left waiting for quite a while, and the massage ended well before the scheduled time. The masseuse seemed sleepy, yawning throughout the session, and the massage itself felt more like light stroking than proper treatment.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the desk, and I had to wait until another masseur finished their session—seemingly to wake up the receptionist/masseuse in another room. Overall, very disappointing.

I really enjoyed the lomi massage, after the massage I felt very relaxed and almost fell asleep during the session. The masseuse seemed to put me into a trance and I had a good rest. I will come back here again.

I can't say I enjoyed my experience at all, really. First off, my masseuse took me super late (like over 20 minutes). There was no real waiting room, just some chairs by the shop front window. Then when she was ready, she seemed super stressed out and kind of tossed me into a room behind a curtain, no door. She flung the curtain open as I was standing there almost naked getting ready to lay down, leaving me exposed to whoever might be passing by. Altogether a rough start.

I chose the Lomi Lomi massage because its description sounded transcendental and also said only professional masseurs would perform it. Well, maybe my expectations were too high, but this may have been the silliest massage experience I've ever had. It didn't match the description at all. It wasn't relaxing, it didn't feel therapeutic, it certainly wasn't deep tissue or anything like that... It was like a haphazard rubbing of my body 😅 No, thanks. Also, because there was only a curtain, I could hear EVERYTHING in the whole studio. Totally not relaxing.

The masseuse also just didn't feel present with me at all throughout. She was super abrupt and her transitions were perfunctory at best. Then it ended before one hour had passed.

I would not go back and not recommend. The prices are too high for what you get. The location is not cozy or welcoming either. It's not a pleasant experience. I'd go for Qoqo instead. The quality there feels higher with a nicer overall experience, for less.

In response to Zenzu: The booking was for two people and made under the other person's name. I emailed you all the information but have not received a response. Clearly your response here was only placed to try to discredit my review, not to try to make it right. Add poor customer service to the list of disappointments.

I had a triggerpoint massage from Anita, and it was asolutely intense and the best. I'm finally starting to feel better with less pain.

Had a very good relaxing massage with Hanita , highly recommended, definitely will visit again
