Location and facilities were great!
However, the rooms were not.
The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable.
I didn’t manage to sleep at all on the first two nights due to these very poor quality beds.

Prices were reflective of a 4 star hotel (restaurant, rooms and parking), but overall quality is more that of a 3 star hotel.

Rooms and beds need much upgrading to justify it’s asking price.

We were there for a round of bowling. We had a reservation for two lanes and two hours each, but the reservation did not work. After reception approved it to work the Woman at the Bowling desk denied access for one lane. After some discussion she wanted to clarify the situation and never got back. We just got one lane for two hours and drove back home with bad feelings.

I never write reviews, but this place is definetly not a 4 star hotel. The room is a 2 maximum

1. All the convenient electrical outlets are made in a way where a specific type of adapter is needed, so we could barely charge our phone.

2. The bathroom is simply, put a gym bathroom/macdonald bathroom. It has a stall for showering and one for the toilet both are open uptop and down below. And they are not connected. So everyone can hear you take a massive shit.

3. There is no fridge

4. While in our room, we could not only hear banging, but we could also feel the whole wall move, Because of the neighbours.

5. The Service is not bad, but it does not deserve 4 stars. The waiters needed training not all of them. The food was up to parr, in my opinion.

6. To get from our room to the lobby to eat, we had to cross a fairly long open bridge everytime. And Mind you its winter time so that was quite uncomfortable.

So yeah, if you want to experience this go right ahead.

If you value your vacation time, please Do Not go to this hotel in Sittard.
They promissed a "private bathroom" and this is a big joke.
When confronted with this open stall bathroom issue they said I should have looked at the pictures online....No picture of this online. Go look up the word "private" in the dictionary, people!. You lied and then refuse to give money back. Shame on you for ripping off your guests. Bad Service, Bad Rooms. Shame on you!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. As a guest at a four-star establishment, I had certain expectations which were unfortunately not met, leading to a highly unpleasant experience.

1. Room Odor Issue:
Upon arrival, we noticed a strong and unpleasant odor in our room, reminiscent of urine. We promptly reported this to the reception, and while it is understandable that we were shocked and upset by such a strong smell, the receptionist mentioned they would send someone to address the issue. However, when the employee arrived, instead of providing a solution, they responded angrily and dismissively. This reaction is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of service expected from a four-star hotel.
2. Inadequate Amenities:
The room lacked basic bathroom amenities. We expected a standard bathroom kit, including items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton pads, and body lotion. However, the room was only equipped with hand soap and shower gel. This is not in keeping with the amenities typically provided by a hotel of your caliber, especially one that markets itself as a wellness establishment.
3. Lack of Complimentary Water:
There was no complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. It is a basic expectation for any hotel, particularly a four-star one, to offer at least one bottle of water to its guests.
4. Unfriendly Staff at Breakfast Inquiry:
When we inquired about the location of the breakfast, we were met with an unfriendly and curt response. The staff member seemed annoyed by our question and failed to provide clear directions to the restaurant. Furthermore, this information should have been communicated to us at check-in.

The service we received during our stay was far below the standard expected from a four-star hotel. The lack of professionalism and basic amenities was highly disappointing. As a result, I cannot recommend your hotel to others and will not be returning in the future.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your services.

A bit anxious from all the bad reviews that we had read (only after we had made the reservation), we were very pleasantly surprised. When it appeared that our room wasn't ready yet, the friendly lady at the desk immediately gave us an upgrade to a very nice, clean, spacious room. Clean bathroom, heating that you can actually regulate, nice soft beds.
Dinner in the restaurant was perfect, as was the varied breakfast buffet. We were there only 1 night on a through hike, but there were plenty of activities to do in the same building: bowling, fitness, wall-climbing, basketball, saunas, and even a stadium next door to watch a soccer game in the weekend!
Definitely worth the money.

Avoid. I'm sorry to say this but I have never been this disappointed by a visit in a 4 star hotel. To start with rooms - small, bed made of two narrow beds, not very comfortable and feeling super industrial. Takes ages to get to room from reception. Furthemore, food was the worst. Breakfast buffet very limited, eggs I think might have been powdered. Dinner and lunch service terrible - came to dinner at 7:30pm, received food at 9pm! Extremely slow service and the place was empty. Food left much to wish for. Lunch was just breakfast plus some additional bowls with cold pasta. The only warm dish - croquets - were constantly missing and nobody cared to bring more. Overall hotel very empty and without style. Gym opens at 8:30am. People nice but still not very good service.

The rooms are big and surprisingly quiet inspite of being next to a stadium (Fortuna Sittard). The theme of the room resembles a sportman locker room so slightly less premium. But the hotel is generally clean. There are some nice sport activities around apart from stadium. The place also boasts of nice wellness space. Breakfast is good.

But dont expect views or much bustling activities around.
