Weleda City Spa Den Haag

It was okay. More of an oil rub on the skin than a massage. I didn’t find that it really reached my muscles and relieved tension. The environment is nice but I could hear people talking through the wall so it was difficult to relax. I’m a huge fan of Weleda products but I won’t go here again for a massage.

One of the best facials I have ever received. The experience was relaxing from beginning to end. Beautiful spa, such a beautiful space, the products smell amazing and my skin looks so nourished and glowing today. I can’t wait to come back!

Worst customer service!
Me and my mother (people of color) were visiting for massage with an infant. We discussed the situation beforehand and stated that the infant will stay at the spa while one of us takes massage. My baby cried for 15 sec and my mom was told to go out very rudely and loudly with these words: 'People pay lot of money to come here and you should go out'. Now, we were also paying the said 'lot of money' with two appointments and if they wanted to not welcome us with infant, it should have been stated beforehand.
Due to this insult, my mom who was supposed to get relaxing massage, left the spa crying.
Of note: a fire truck was in the neighborhood and that made a louder- longer noise than my baby. If they are so concerned for noise, make noise proof rooms! In any case, never going to this place again

I booked a facial treatment almost a month ahead. 4 hours before the treatment, coming from outside of the Hague I got a message that treatment is cancelled because the lady got sick (no one to substitute?). Since I organized my day around this treatment I expected as a compensation at least some discount for next booking, sent e-mail but no zero reaction since over 2 weeks. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior towards the client, never again!

Left the salon feeling, once again, absolutely fantastic. Relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended. Immediately booked the next appointment and feeling on top of the world today.

They offer couple massage but there is nothing that makes it different from a single massage except that they remove the dividing wall. The staff was not too friendly or enthusiastic. The entire experience was cold and not welcoming. I expected much more from a Welleda spa with such good premises and great location.
