Great welcome, clean and hygienic environment. The staff is very polite and informative. They give informative details before the massage, they try to understand what kind of massage we want. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I asked for a medium but a much lower level massage was given. I think those who go can ask for a hard one.

I was struggling to book appointment online and buying gift card..however, Miss Amilda was so kind and polite while helping me. She offered her help via call which was so so helpful and very convenient. Amilda answered to all my questions and made perfect quick appointment for my gift recipient🤭 !! I’m very excited for experiencing massage at this place, since their service is already 10/10. You could even feel how good they treat their clients.

I loved my facial. It was a deep and rejuvenating deep tissue massage. The Boutique is also wonderful - beautifully decorated and the staff is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I like to say that, because it usually is an issue in Den Haag, to receive bad service from staff members. My only remark to Amilda Wellness Boutique is about the time allocated to your treatment. The deep tissue massage I did lasts for 30 min, which is enough. I would only prefer to have a bit more of time after the treatment (get dressed, drink tea). I felt a little bit in a rush as there were more clients booked right after. In any case, I'll definitely come back!

The best massage experience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the people are very friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing massage and it was wonderful, I highly recommend it.

When I saw that Amilda only had 5 star reviews, I thought there's no way...yet here we are! If I could I would give more. Their customer service is outstanding to say the least, their service is superb and their space is luxurious. They're welcoming and professional, the whole time you are there you feel special and you barely want to leave at the end. I can't wait to be back to try their facials and other services. Highly recommend the steam room, massage combo!

Fron the first step already we were greeted and the served with tea. Just Amazing! They make you feel relaxed. Also they give clear instructions. Everything went smoothly. I booked via their website.
