Superb spa: 2 sauna's (binnen en buiten), Turkish vapour room (altho I prefer stone one tbh), not-so-big waterpool with waves, and what's really important: perfect service! Celebrated my 2 birthdays there in a row, was amazing! Cuisine and dishes are also nice. !MOST IMPORTANTLY! They accept kids and the tickets are not that expensive! :) unlike the majority of similar venues.

Great spa, they have everything you could want in a luxury environment. The gym is good too. The steam room was definitely the winner, I love IR saunas but there's was a bit weak and not hot enough for my tastes. The outdoor Finnish sauna.was great too. Lockers are a bit weird but once you figure it out pretty easy. Book a room at the Leonardo and you get free access with your stay.

Excellent service, well maintained facilities, albeit not diversified enough (a jacuzzi or a salt room are missing). A little nice-to-have: better flip-flops please! (the current ones are quite slippery). **UPDATE** I came back few days ago: most of the facilities were simply out of order (only the swimming-pool and the sauna were working, which we haven't been told despite booking over the phone and neither a discount nor a complimentary drink or any gesture of any type has been offered for this major inconvenience), there was previous customer's garbage in the pockets of the bathrobe I've been given, the towels in the changing room are folded in a way that they don't look fresh and the staff is clearly overrun. (The flip-flops are as slippery as it was last year.)

We went to the spa to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. We were greeted with a goody bag of salts and soaps - what a nice touch. The man helping us was very polite and the food was incredibly fresh and really tasty. I wish I had known about this spa before, I will definitely go back!

Really nice place, clean, spacious, well eqiuiped. The staff is realy nice.
Only downside is that on the website it says there is a timeslot for adult only visitors, but in reality it is not

The gym has an intrusive instructor who gives unwanted advice, especially about what you are not allowed to do. This stiff attitude and the smell of stale sweat sours the impression.
The pool is quite small for a hotel this size. Being cramped, completely underground (floor -1 of the Crown Plaza Hotel) and poorly lit, it gives the impression of a cave, but not in a good way. Expectations are higher for a five star hotel.

The worse, will never deal with them again. No customer service. Lucky I realized how bad it is before buying their membership.

This place is perfect for relaxing. Towels and robes are provided.
