A lovely private get away for a 20 year anniversary. Nice and quiet, once inside you forget your located in busy Rotterdam city road.
Temperatures was nice and warm. The fact that everything was preheated made it even more relaxing.
Nice decor.
Relax and listen to music or Netflix and chill.

Totally wast of money! It’s closed environment and no fresh air and windows at all, after 2 minutes you want to get out of there asap! If you are looking for relaxing moment, avoid here! You will feel you can be swallowed by darkness!

Nice facility (some items very well, some average) and adequate service

A very relaxing private spa and most importantly it was clean. Tessa helped us today and she was very friendly and nice! The romantic package was definitely worth it, she really decorated it the place very lovely.

I absolutely would recommend this !!! It was relaxing and soothing. My favorites was the jacuzzi and sauna :) Thanks to your employee Jury for giving clear instructions and ensuring my experience :) will book again !

Highly recommend this place for Finnish Sauna, hot stone sauna, steam room, nice warm bubling Jacuzzi.
Very well maintained and sanitized property. The highlight of the experience is that the entire place can be booked all exclusive for you/your friends use for the amount of hours you book for. That makes the experience really private and exotic.
There is option to add Anniversary/Birthday decor. Option to buy Bath robes, high tea etc.and customize the experience.

First of all the hygiene was a disaster. Second thing i want to mention is cold sauna…. How is it even possible that you take care so bad about the property with the price you are asking for…. Also, we ordered a Shisha and on the website they didn’t even mention that the coals are fast inflatable type - so the worst ever. They are so toxic so we reject to use it. However, of course, they refused to refund the money for the Shisha. Service it’s just horrible, we we’re waiting for 20 minutes at the reception and they didn’t even apologize… after all they asked us to check out on time, even if they delayed the check-in. So in the end we could stay there for 1h 40 min and paid the full time. Just want to aware everyone, better to pay a bit more but visit a decent private spa.

Nice spa, alessia (the lady behind the counter) showed us around and explained all the facilities. Everything was clean and had a nice scent. Furthermore very relaxing. I would rebook again.
