Service was good but a little small

The staff was very friendly. I felt very welcome. Everything was explained sufficiently. The sauna had a perfect temperature and perfect amount of fumes in it. The massages were done with a lot of care and very professionaly. They also brought in some water in sauna and other hamam I have been to didn't do so. Basically- everything was perfect for me.

I wouldn't even want to give them a star. Very poor customer service. Really disgusted in the manner we were spoken to however, front of house was friendly trying to accommodate us. After being asked to come back in 30 minutes we were dismissed by the other staff member as we didn't speak dutch.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was really kind and welcoming and the steam sauna was a perfect temperature and humidity, will deffinetly come again.

Horrible experience yesterday, the place is unhygienic. Actually they don't deserve any star but I have to because I can't post my review😫😫😫
