Weleda City Spa Rotterdam

Booked a duo massage as a mothersday gift. Unfortunately the system failed, reason why we enjoyed the massage in different rooms. Employees called us in advance to discuss other possibilities, which is very pleasant when it comes to expectations and free choice. The location is beautiful and relaxed with a nice view over the tiny lake across the street. Massages were very good, employees friendly and very professional. My mom and I agreed upon coming back here real soon!

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday that was canceled the morning of the same day. It was my birthday and I had already planned to take the day off and get a massage at Weleda. The masseuse was sick and they didn't find anyone to replace her. I thought it was disrespectful to the client. The professional is not self-employed, she works for a place. They should have found a replacement. Normally, when a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the person has to pay a fine or the full amount of the appointment. When the establishment cancels on the same day, nothing happens. Disappointing.

Had a pretty good massage over here. Friendly people. The room in the basement was only a bit noisy; I heard some other people talking in the room next to me which was not very calming. But overall, satisfied.

Smells very nice here. Face treatment was 50/50. The girl who did it was very sweet, but the procedure itself.. I’ve had better ones in the past. I don’t like how they also try to sell you products. I come to relax, but not to constantly think how to excuse myself that i don’t want one or the other thing

Weleda City Spa is a nice city spa concept with a good wibe, but if you agree, the masseuse is what makes the experience complete..I'm sad to see these days that some staff in Weleda Spa Rotterdam who were very good at their work are not part of team anymore. Sad to see this poor management decisions.. My evaluation is about this matter in particular...

Very good sports massage. Friendly employee, gave advice as well. Recommend it
