Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Sparrenhorst-Veluwe

Quiet, peaceful location. Staff was all very kind and welcoming. Bar closes at 23:00 on a Saturday. Room was clean and beds comfortable; unfortunately only single beds available instead of queen/king size. Bathroom was clean, although it looks a little outdated. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

It's fine, but the rooms are too cold and the breakfast doesn't open til 8 which is crazy late. I had to leave at 7:30 and was not expecting to be denied breakfast.

Good afternoon, I liked everything about the hotel. However, I forgot my coat in the room and when I got home I noticed it was missing. I will contact the hotel the same day. I was told that they would keep my coat for me and then I told him that I would come next Saturday, which was yesterday so it wasn't possible, I went there today, Sunday. I wonder what organization this hotel has. I have nothing more to say. A disgrace.

Great location, pity that the rooms are outdated and in need of repair in places.

Very bad experience with rude staff, room service that doesn’t work and services that are lacking. Customer service training requires urgent attention!

My family and I stayed here for our recent trip to both Walibi Holland and Amsterdam. Location wise, it's in a great spot, the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the staff we came across were all really helpful and friendly.

**However... the hotel is really starting to look very tired and needs a complete refresh. The carpets in both of the rooms we booked were worn and stained, the walls were all marked and the fixtures and fittings, particularly the bathrooms, were extremely dated.

We did venture into the restaurant but decided against eating in there because the prices were incredibly expensive and the menu limited, instead we drove the one mile or so into Nunspeet where there's a good choice of restaurants to pick from.

Would we stay here again... possibly. It's not a bad hotel, it's just an 'okay' hotel.

The location is very pleasant, in the woods, rooms with balcony. The hotel is full of services and different spots to enjoy one's stay. I found the swimming pool room to be very warm.

I can't say enough about this hotel... It's set in beautiful woodlands with red squirrels. Staff are so helpful and pleasant. I don't think there was anything that wasn't available at breakfast buffet - all kinds of juices, milks, coffees, pastries, breads, eggs - all different ways, sausage, bacon,, cakes, cereal, make your own waffles, fruit and the list goes on. The swimming pool and sauna were open from 7.00am until 11.00pm and if you wanted either outside those hours all you had to do was ask. I don't what the cost of the hotel was as we went as part of a coach trip but it would be worth every penny. High recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff, especially Meggie 10/10, was exceptional and provided a lot of help throughout my stay. Their friendly and attentive service made me feel right at home. I would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!
