Came with my wife who is a member, enjoyed the pool, sauna space and the childcare they provided made it so that we could both enjoy a stress free workout + recovery. I recommend the gym if you will use it enough to justify the price. It is very clean, friendly staff and not too crowded. They give a discount on the parking and it is easy to get to by public transport / bike / walk.
Bought a day pass (€40) to escape the rain and had the nicest time. Pool and spa were beautiful and very clean. Very impressed with the different types of saunas and the space available, definitely worth the money!
Note that swimwear is not permitted in the sauna area and you should have a towel to sit on. You can hire a towel for around €5 or bring your own.
Also there was no water tap in the spa so would recommend bringing a water bottle with you.
The facilities are lovely, the instructors are generally really good, and the spa area is a big bonus.
HOWEVER…..
None of this matters in the slightest when you are met with the rudest, most unpleasant, belittling, and unprofessional front of house/reception team. They make the entire experience very unpleasant. I wonder if they receive any customer service training, as despite all being slim, and stereotypically attractive (aesthetically at least), I have absolutely no idea why they would have been hired in the first place.
Such a shame - if Caesars sort this out, they will be a much better gym!
Totally not worth your EUR 130 per month. Everything is outdated and no flexibility when trying to pause your subscription for short amount of time. Not even with a proper reason. Many other gyms with way better value for money.
I don't enjoy writing bad reviews but this organisation deserves it. I have been a member here. I can't say much against the quality of the body and mind studio classes. These are pretty good but it's not worth the cost of the membership and the rudeness and rigidity you have to put up with when it comes to the administration and reception employees. The swimming pool smells very strongly of chlorine and no matter how well I shower, the smell sticks on my skin for at least a day.
There is no overall customer service attitude here. I've only experienced rigidity and greed unfortunately. There have been several occasions where I've felt not very welcome in the manner I've been treated. However one of the main issues I've had is the non-transparency when it comes to membership cancellation after a one year membership paid up front, which ensured them that I had to pay an additional 4 week periodic fee of 125 euros. I don't want to go into details as it will be too long of a post but I feel like this organisation has a blaming culture and this is projected upon the customers which is not a pleasant manner to be treated.
Suffice it to say that I eventually lodged a complaint on the latest issue I had with them and I have not even received the courtesy of a response.
This experience has left me with a bad feeling with this gym.
I want to like it more than I do. But multiple cardio machines are out of service for the first 6 weeks of the year. Some sauna or another is regularly unavailable. And with all of this in mind, there is a constant push through one marketing ploy or another to keep bringing in new members... even though they're barely keeping up with the facilities for the current members.
Great location. Spacious, clean, lots of facilities. Loved the wellness. Friendly and informative staff as well. The no phone rule is superb, finally a tranquil place. It was lost on me why they need so much of my private data to simply go for a steam and a swim. Even had to show ID, which I think they copied...
EDIT 3: It’s been 1 month now and I still haven’t received any response. They ignore you on purpose.
EDIT 2: This is beyond ridiculous, I advice to never sign up to this Gym. THEY KEEP ON CHARGING ME 130€ 2 days in a row even though I canceled a month ago. I told them to stop this yesterday and today they took my money again. This is criminal and I have filed reports to the ACM already, will press legal charges if I don’t receive my money back.

Not worth the price at all! 125 Euros per month, customer service are the lowest people ever, the lady in the front is a total mess. Attitude high, friendliness low. I do not recommend ever.
