I recently had my pregnancy massage. I felt totally relaxed the whole 60mins. The environment is pleasant and comfortable. She understood my problems and focused on those areas by relieving the tension. I'm quite happy and would recommend her if anyone is looking for a pregnancy massage.

Amazing experience, Maha is very friendly and experienced, she explained step by step how the process is and what to expect and guided me through the session.

My two months old son enjoyed the neck float session and the massage and had a great experience.

It was amazing experience!

My 4-month-old daughter loved her experience at the baby spa! The staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a soothing environment for babies. She enjoyed the warm water and gentle treatments, and I highly recommend this spa for parents looking for a special bonding experience with their little ones

Lost my money. Don’t recommend if you are looking for a business that cares about you and not about your money. I had a pretty bad experience with this person. I would consider going for more appointments if she will be more interested in my well being (given that she fail also to send the receipt and confirmation of my appointment) than in taking my money rather than create a nice environment for me and my pregnancy. I wanted to have the service I paid for. She did not aggree to refund after a misunderstanding about the dates. She did not confirm the appointment with my but I paid in advance. I am so frustrated I dealt to this person and feel completely scammed. She could treat a customer better.

She called me one day saying that I miss the appointment that I paid in advance off-course. There was a misunderstanding between the arrangement of the appointment since was never confirmed by her and no receipt or calendar. You spect to deal with someone serious. This lady just told me she will rearrange with no cost over the phone in the next days. Then, one day after she ask me to do a new booking on her website (totally different procedure as in the past she will just book me herself). Nevertheless, I did what she said, thinking she will use my previous appointment to cover the new price. After I go the process of booking, then she tells me that I have to pay again (which over the phone when agreed differently). Then, I told her this was not easy and wanted a refund. Why would you like a person with this energy taking care of you and your baby. She, did not aggred and send me all sort of things about the cancellation policy which for a service I paid and I did not meant to cancel, so to make me feel responsible for her messy way to run her business (it was difficult to arrange and she did cancel at least once for her own convenience)

It was a really nice experience for us. Our son enjoyed swimming in the spa. We would like to try again.

We really like to have time with my baby in this spa session. She enjoyed a lot, it was great experience even she is 6 weeks old!
