Personal Spa Diemen

We have been 2 times here, first time we liked it, although it needs more cleaning specially in the shower room, bed, and the jacuzzi (the place we Lin our shoulders.. ) second time the cleaning problem was the same, and this time the reception lady was trying to be nice by sometime smiling when she was disciplining us! And she was like; "don't spill water on the floor, don't turn the sauna if you don't go in, and definitely at this time you must be at the counter here!( We felt like kids and she disciples us!!" And it was 15 minutes before our time to end, the telephone rang, it was the lady again! Announcing the end of our time!! I really don't think it is respectful and customer friendly!! We are all adults!! going to relax there...

Amazing place….clean and well mainteined…extras like breakfast for 2 was simply fresh and tasty….and thank you Pauline to let us feel welcome and the service you give to us was top notch…recommended….we will come back asap…

THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE!!! I booked an appointment 3hrs before, paid for it, spent 45 minutes to get there to hear that today they work till 00:00 and they can’t let us in, but we had an appointment since 23:00-1:00 (everywhere it says they work till 1:00). They didn’t inform me I can’t come today, they didn’t give my money back because I HAVE TO DO IT BY MY OWN, so again I have to waste my time to wait until Monday to call them to get my money back. The only one thing they offered was a drink “for this inconvenience”. They ruined my mood for all day. If I could rate them like -5 I would!!!

Service could be better + there was no spa smell. When entering a spa you at least expect a nice smell. The toilet in the entrance also smelled very bad.

8:50 on 30 january i called like a 100 time and someone was picking and ending the call without talking, even tho we are an always customer and every week 3 or 2 days we were here but not anymore, not recommended at all i think the owner doesn’t want customer, better to find a better place

Clean, very relaxing, friendly worker. 4 stars because they are not reachable via phone and don’t answer to emails. Would come again.
