Waterstate Wellness Hotel Goes

TERRIBLE experience in this so bad called “Spa Hotel” (the pictures of the pools aren’t from the hotel building) were you have to cross a road, keep walking between a funerary building and a parking to arrive at the “spa” resort where you can only enjoy it NAKED 6 days during the week, no exceptions, (all weekends are naked day) they just let you know THIS particular condition only on the hotel’s website (even though the hotel and the spa are in DIFFERENT locations with DIFFERENT NAMES) not in any other platform were book a room tells you this special information, they all are selling it as one same place skipping the naked information, people on the spa looks more competent than the ones at the hotel, as once you get inside there’s nobody at the desk, the fire alarm or some annoying detector sounded in the whole hotel at 2 a.m. father leaving the room already outside we knew that there was a problem with the security system, thanks to a costumer, we went here as a weekend relaxing experience and so far two old naked men harassed me at the spa mixed gender changing room to don’t want to take off my swim suit and after having quite a panic attack after that, here I am at 5 am. with insomnia after had to evacuated the hotel for no reasons wondering if I should had leave this madness place or if I should dare to give it a chance and wait for the breakfast, as we already paid it

When I entered the room I erally said “wow”.. It is a new hotel and it looks amazing. They are struggling with finding a goid cleaning crew. The handsooap and showerdispenser was empty and when I took the stairs instead of the elevator, it was verydusty/dirty. When they get that sorted they’ll get 5 stars all around!

Rooms have good shape and furniture.
Bed good. Toilet extra. The washing table is in the room. The heating is loud.
Small fridge, Coffee Maschine.
The taste is the coffee is very strong.
Claenkng could be better. In the cubboard big Dirty Spot, i told it at the reception but After 10 days it wasn’t removed.
The bed only will be done when there Are Bo private things laying on the bed?? Strange…
Good small mirror is missing.
Anyway, the hotelroom is comfortable

I think the promotion on the website and all is clearly fake advertisement and fake communication - it is not a wellness hotel - there is 0 spa or wellness facilities in the hotel.
The spa they refer to is Indépendant from the hotel and is outside of the other on the other side of the road you have to Cross a road by the cold if anything and there is no wellness In that ^^ on top of it it is a public spa accessible to everybody from the area with full access and it is a naturist spa - and this is not specified neither clearly in the website if you do not know you are just screwed !!! Only on Tuesday you are « allowed » to wear swuimsuit 🤣🤣🤌🏻 so you pay the hotel that is market as a water wellness hotel you expect from the description and the images a wellness hotel but it is a scam !!! And if you want to go to the wellness referred it is an indépendant from the hôtel you will have to get there dressed change cross a road pay extra feels around 18e for access + pay for the towels and etc - so big No !!! I found hopefully another hotel where I went and I am glad it was wonderfull ! Same price but way classier and amazing breakfast and pool and wellness INSIDE the hotel and price included in the price with towels etc and nobody naked !!!! Boutique hotel ! Highly recommended I am glad we found it otherwise we would have lost our time and money for our small getaway - this hotel is a joke …….. I do not recommand it at all except if you only want to sleep the rooms look nice but even for a couple we had 2 single beds attached it was not even comfy. For sure I will not come back to this place but I will défini go back to the boutique hotel where I am glad I could really enjoy some private time by the pool and wellness !!!!!!

Great brand new hotel! Rooms are spacious, nice shower, fantastic beds. Equipped with a Nespresso device and basically all ingredients for a great short stay in Goes. Service is good and welcoming. The breakfast a bit basic. Location is outside the city center but with a 5-10min walk you are downtown. Well recommendable

Staff were very helpful, especially as I don't speak Dutch. Rooms were clean, comfortable and refreshed daily, breakfast was different each day and always delicious.

Excellent, brand new hotel with good facilities, large rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. 10 min walk from downtown Goes, free parking and excellent breakfast opportunity at the adjacent Bistro. Fast check in/out. Coffee/tea & fridge + airco.

We were just looking for a 1 night stay. Hotel is new clean and affordable. Girl at the reception was very helpfull.
