One of a kind sauna concept. Love it so much. It’s a branch chain Sauna and they have several location. For this location, the cold part, is you can deep in the sea. How cool is that?

If you are going there at night, to deep in to the sea, you need minimum 2 people. It’s regulation, so either bring someone or talk to the other person in the sauna!

Kuuma sauna provided a surreal escape with friends, the sea waves as a soothing backdrop mixed with our own choice of music provided a truly unique visit. The mix of heat, cold water and a sea dip created a rejuvenating experience. I was impressed with the high standard of cleanliness within the sauna. I look forward to returning again and again!

This place has made my life significantly better. I’ve been using this as an escape from the digital world to just regularly disconnect, meditate and test myself. In 99% of cases, you meet like minded people respectful of your energy and willingness to converse in that moment. It’s in excellent shape, and I do my part to keep it clean during and after use by using the floor scraper to get all the sand off. I really truly enjoy going here. You have multiple ways to cool down such as buckets, cold showers and the sea (be careful alone!). I don’t often use the warm showers but they are available inside with a bit more space if you so wish. I sit down after every session infront of the fire within hart beach and just do nothing. Really liked the sauna, warm enough when tossingon water. Clean. Good view. Slightly far from the beach to go for dips, but could be done!

Really nice sauna with a beautiful view of the beach. It’s clean and there’s a small changing area. There are showers outside. And because of this amazing location, one can always go swim in the cold sea when one gets too hot in the sauna. Been once and really enjoyed the experience.

Lovely little sauna! With a group you can book it for yourself. Additional you can play your music via Bluetooth.
