Carlotta is clearly very experienced and has a great understanding of the body and how to soothe aching muscles. Her massages are excellent. The extra touches like having a heated massage bed, are what make the experience extra special. It’s also worth mentioning that she is such a warm and welcoming person too. After visiting several spas in Almere, I can say Carlotta's beauty lab is the best. The place is so cozy. You inmediatly notice that it was decorated with care and style. I personally loved the photo of Sophia Loren she put on her wall. The clouds hanging from the luminous ceiling is a really nice touch too. It feels so authentic and original!

About the treatment, I got a back massage and I must say I felt soooo good after the session. Carlotta herself gave me the massage. She was so professional since the beginning. When she greeted me, she called me by my name. This simple detail made me feel welcome immediately. She asked me several times about the temperature of the room just to be sure I was warm enough. And I was. She knew immediately in what parts of my back to focus the pressure.

She showed me several essential oils for me to choose the one I liked the most. Her explanation about each of them was really useful at the moment of taking a decision.

A detail about the place that I really liked is that she gave me some kind of smart mask. I covered my eyes with it at the same time that I could hear the music that I chose for the session through the earphones of the mask itself. This made me feel at home. Such a nice touch!

Overall, I think it was the best massage I've ever received. Thank you, Carlotta, for your dedication and amazing work.

I also liked the fact that she works with artisanal products. She showed me some of them, that were based on a traditional mint from the north of her country, Italy.

The cup of tea at the end of the session was definitely a perfect end. I really recommend this small, cozy, beauty lab.

Carlotta’s Beauty lab is the best place for full body massage and facials. My skin feels magical and soft after getting facial from here. The body massage is so therapeutic and relaxing. The decor is perfect for relaxation & spa. She is very kind and talented , she knows the exact technique to release stress from the body.

I had a wonderful time at Carlotta's, I treated myself with a modo mio massage and it was more than what I was expecting. She put the right pressure at the places I needed and I hope to come back really soon. I really recommend her!
