The facilities are a bit worn out. But they are renovating next month.
Staff are OK but most can't speak Dutch. The vibe in general is very nice

Biggest negative is the restaurant. Takes forever for staff to appear and it closes 30 minutes before the wellness does so forget having one last drink before you get changed.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The wellness center is very good, many kinds of sauna, 3 swimming pools, delicious and good price food in the restaurant. When we checked out, my friend wanted some drink, the staff in the reception gave us 2 bottles of water for free, thank her! We had a very good time here.

Well taken care for, has a luxury vibe to it. Very strick on phone rules and bags for privacy.

Bathing clothes are NOT allowed in the ENTIRE spa. The outside area is nice and a whole range of saunas are available. Overall the place feels a bit stuffed with many beach chairs directly facing the pools. This places is for sauna lovers, not so much for bathing.

Very very disappointing and uncooperative, no customer Service.
On the homepage it says that massages can only be booked if you also spend the day in the spa. That's why we booked a massage online for 4pm. When we wanted to go to the spa in the morning, the man at the reception told us that the spa was full for the day and we couldn't go in.

I have never heard anything so stupid.
Despite several friendly attempts to explain to him that we had a 5-hour drive behind us, he was very uncooperative and made no exception. Very very sad, I have rarely experienced such bad customer service.

And the stupidest thing: we couldn't cancel the massage, so we had to spend the day in the City and had to go back to the Spa hours later for the massage, so unfriendly

I will never recommend this spa.

What a beautiful and charming spa. Friendly, international staff that checks on your well-being.

The saunas are very clean and well maintained. The creative way the water is added instead of loyly ceremony is a nice touch.

Enough sunbeds, pretty waterfalls and enough saunas to keep them from being crowded.

The lunch was alright, though not as inspiring.

The only downside was that treatments like packings and massages couldn't be switched in time or upgraded, while the timing of your appointment is only communicated on check in instead of on reservation.

The treatment itself was very good.

All and all a lovely experience.

If you book online, you have to transfer the amount directly. Unfortunately, I could not make the planned visit. I immediately contacted the spa and asked to cancel the reservation. The company refused and has not responded to my email since 03/28/2013.

Could have done better with the money.

Amazing facilities. Pretty, clean and comfortable.
Make sure you bring your bathrobe and towels otherwise they will charge €17,- per person.
