About my hotel experiences. This is not the only fletcher hotel that is unfriendly. We have been to several Fletcher hotels unfortunately they are the same. Rude too. I had my breakfast and i went to ask for a cup of coffee before leaving the restautant. The waiter said to me that it was 10.30am already (closing time) and i was not given the coffee. I have staying here for almost 4 days and this is how they call service. Just one cup of coffee to finish up my breakfast. It did not take a minute to give your guest a cup of coffee. What an unfriendly staff. Use your discretion. Just a cup of coffee. I did not tell him that I was rating how this hotel is. It is not about the coffee, it is about your services. This is not the first time. Receptionists have to learn how to smile. I like Fletcher hotels but the management have to improve the attitude of the staff. |I was Head of Dept. at a 6 -star hotel. We usually inform the rest of our guests who are still having their breakfast that the breakfast counter will be closed in 10 mins, for example, so they are aware of it. More polite than telling a guest that he/she may not have it. Exact 10.30 am! | Friendliness and politeness are the key to a successful business. |||| |I

Our 5 Night stay was ok but nothing special.
Rooms are outdated and very plain, there were drill holes in the wall and some of the towels and bedding had holes. Not really anything you'd expect for a rate close to 300€ per night.
The breakfast is mediocre at best. No large variety, some of the croissants were stale As if they had been displayed the day before as well.
Service depended on the person, but was all in all friendly and helpful.

Obviously you pay for the location so close to the beautiful Banjaard beach. Probably wouldn't come back to this hotel but rather try another one on Zeeland next time.

The reception is occupied by only one real nice lady wearing a nose ring. The other ladies there can learn hospitality from her.

An extremely disappointing experience with. I requested to reschedule a stay that I was not able to stay due to illness, and what followed was a frustrating ordeal that showcased the hotel chain's lack of empathy and professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon requesting to re-book my stay, I was assured that they would assist me and promised a callback. However, instead of receiving the help I was promised, I received nothing. No callback, no assistance—just a cold and impersonal invoice demanding payment for a stay I was unable to attend.

This lack of follow-up and disregard for customer needs is utterly unacceptable. Where is the understanding and consideration for genuine circumstances? It's evident that the hotel chain prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and loyalty!!!!!!!!!!!

A day after our visit/stay at the resort, we wrote the following email complaint to which we never received any kind of reply.||Dear Sirs, ||yesterday we spent our day at your resort. |We were astounded, that so many attractions of the resort had been out of order. |Even more the infusion sauna. When we arrived at 10.30 H there was an announcement, that infusions shall take place at 16.00, 18.00 and 20.00 hours. To our surprise and by pure coincidence we saw an infusion start at 14.00 hours, which my husband was able to attend by pure coincidence. The announcement outside the respective sauna was changed in the meantime (some time after noon). The infusion could not be completed as the oven was not fully functioning. The automatic infusion at the panorama sauna was also out of order. An alternative infusion was not offered. ||The restaurant was a genuine disappointment. Not only took it more than 30 minutes for the waiter (only 6 table were occupied at that time) to take our order, but another 20 minutes for two cola zero to arrive. |The lunch itself was good. But diner was burger patty itself was dry as Mc Donald's and espresso was served in an unheated cup. |An additional cola zero, which we had not consumed, was found on our bill. ||To cut a long story short. We would not recommend your resort to anyone. |The brand Fletcher as well your Homepage promise a professional and immaculate service and appearance. Our experience is more of the opposite. 5 attractions out of order, service not adequate, billing incorrect. ||Upon check out we already complained about all this, but we were told to complain in writing. |We paid € 140 for a day for a couple but it was not worth the money and didn't live up to any of our expectations. ||Back home we attend a sauna resort like this twice a week. But we have never experienced such a bad performance. ||We would like ask you to investigate into these matters and inform us if the result.

Clearly not well managed, and probably understaffed.|It started with the room we booked, not cleaned after the last guests. An upgrade was offered (and accepted), however an apartment is not as nice as the stylish room we booked.|The meals we ordered were not what was served, very slow as well.|A big part of the evening and early night we were disturbed by noise from the parking place. I could mention more….|Somehow we also got the feeling staff thought giving coupons solved the issue. It does not….|Only positive is the food served was ok and restaurant staff tried hard.

Perfect location, very close to the beach. Our room was a bit bland. Some nice North Sea sunset pictures on the wall would already make a big difference. The outdoor terrace is very nice with good service. For breakfast I would recommend to have some more local ingredients (e.g. bread, cheese) as that would really help to stand out.

We arrived and got an 'upgrade' to a dirty and tired looking apartment with a kitchen with no utensils. Not even cups for the coffee machine. When we went to dinner we were told we could not have dinner because it was fully booked, although lots of tables free. We were then told it was because they had staff off sick. We were only allowed to order room service, which didn't make sense - what is the difference of carrying the food to the table than to our room? We did not want to order room service on our holiday and went to see if there were other restaurants open nearby - which there wasn't. We got back to the hotel and we were told kitchen was closed, we could only order pizza. Since I can't eat pizza we started checking Thuisbezorgd to get something delivered to the hotel. The waiter told us we are not allowed to order food to the hotel. Since we had to eat, we had no other choice than to sneak the food in the back door. Honestly the worst hotel experience and service we have ever had.
