Lakshmi literally saved my feet and nails! Very professional and lovely person, in a relaxing environment. I felt very comfortable instantly and in good care. Had my 3rd session and I'm always having such a nice time. I can only recommend!

The services are great, as well as the staff. However, the last few times, every time I make an appointment, I get a call the day of the appointment asking to reschedule because of staffing issues. It's understandable sometimes, but every time is a bit much and not always possible for me. This is the only reason I've stopped going there unfortunately. But otherwise the service and staff have always been good.

If I could give minus stars, I really would. I contacted the "spa" to book an appointment for a massage and they told me they had an available slot at 2:30pm on Saturday. I responded and said that it suits me but never received a confirmation. A day later I received an automated email asking me to subscribe to their mailing list. I emailed them at least twice telling them that I didn't receive a confirmation and only heard back from them a day before the appointment saying that a confirmation should have arrived back automatically. I was already dissatisfied but decided to give the "spa" a shot so I said that I would keep the appointment. Arriving at the spa, I rang the doorbell twice and when the door opened the receptionist/massage therapist said "you're supposed to push the door lady". I said that I tried but the door didn't open and that maybe a note on the door would help. Apparently, I had caused her to come down a floor to open the door so she wasn't happy. While waiting at the waiting area she said "how am I supposed to give you a massage with a good energy when you have an attitude like this?". At the same time the doorbell rang and it was a man who apparently also had a massage booked at the same time but never received the confirmation. I was happy to give him my slot but he said he was unhappy with the service and didn't want to have it either. I hope that I will be able to be refunded for the appointment because there's no way I want to go back to this place.

I am not one to make a review. However after my horrible and unprofessional experience at Vedalakshmi, I need to make one. I had a wax appointment with Florenza, at first it started off okay, even though she was making witty and unnecessary comments of me shaving. I know shaving causes the waxing experience to be a bit painful, however her comments were not needed and was somewhat hurtful. She was rushing the whole process which caused me so have even more pain. At some point another client came in and she kept leaving and when she would return she would not even close the door completely. I asked her to closed the door as this is already a rather invasive procedure and she snapped and said there is no one not even by the door. Then at some point she want me to use my hands to stretch my skin so that the wax can come off, she was so pushy with moving my hands and getting frustrated all the time. At some point she was like I don’t have time for this I have to close or something. Honestly if you know you do not have time why do you keep ur appointments open!? Seriously the worst experience I ever had. Would not recommend. Literally almost left their with tears in my eyes.

Had a duo full body rosemary & ginger treatment yesterday. Was amazing! Lovely products, the girls were very skilled and gentle and they really took their time for us. Such a treat! Thank you for the relaxing experience. Will definitely book again.

Cancelled the prepared appointment 3 hours before the treatment due to personal reasons. After talking with the owner, to explain the situation she redirected me to treatwell. After talking to Treatwell, it appears that the owner had already decided to keep the full session ~100 euros!!! and she did not even replied my phone calls or had the guts to say this to me. Very unprofessional and money driven! I was a customer for two years, never again!

Good service and I was treated by a lovely, friendly and professional lady. The salon could be a little cleaner but overall I had a very pleasant experience.
