I really liked all staff people, they were super helpful and one even made an extra infusion because one was too full.
There is a space problem, because the waiting area is not big in front of the saunas for all the people they want to fit in.
The restaurant is pricy but you don’t need to eat there. If the company wants more people eat there, they need bigger portions or different specials and vegan food.
All in all we had a great time in pool and saunas and for me the staff is what it made good experience.
A great place and fully pays off this cost you pay for services. A lot of saunas, jacuzzi, super quiet area for relax and sleeping. You will find there everything you want to enjoying your day.
Beautiful view of the city centre, great sauna and bath facilities, but as a vegan I can’t eat anything decent in the restaurant. How difficult can it be to make a sandwich with for example roasted veggies and plant based chicken? Same for a salad
Perfect place. So nice to go out from the hot sauna on the open roof and feel the first snow melting on your skin.
Restaurant is a good idea there. But the service there needs to be little bit better.
Very pleasant experience, lots of saunas to choose from, plenty of relaxation spaces, kind people working there and great messages to choose from. Me and my partner spent a whole day there for our anniversary and enjoyed every moment of it! Totally reccomend:D
Not really good. Other branches are better. The staff isn’t very friendly, and you have to wait a long time for the waiter to approach you. The sofas aren’t very comfortable for eating and very small plates as size, and the sauna is not very large or even very clean. Many things inside the sauna need fixing and repair. The infusion show is also not as professional compared to other branches.
My husband and I absolutely love visiting this wellness center because the facilities are clean, there's a lot to do, and the views of the city are excellent. The only downsides to this spa are the restaurant (the food is borderline inedible and way overpriced) and how busy it usually is. The kruidenbad, which is supposed to be a silent herbal soaking room, is always echoing with chatter, so areas like this are almost impossible to enjoy. We typically visit on Fridays, so maybe that's busier than the rest of the weekdays... still worth knowing if you're planning a weekend visit! However, this small issues won't stop us from returning. We love spending the day relaxing here.
The welness facilities are great. I often go during the evening on week days, and def. not too crowded. There will be some friendly chitter here and there, but most of the time it is nice and quit. There are a lot of options for the sauna, and great spaces for resting. The opgietingen are also great! For people more into the welness aspect, and not a great fan of the sauna, maybe pick a place that is a bit bigger with more choice in pools etc.
The restaurant I do not like. The wait is often very long, and you have to actively try and get a waiter to come help you. Tables often not cleaned. As a vegan, there is barely something you can eat. They offer a 'salad', which turned out to be two croquettes and some bara salad with pickles and onion. Nothing else.
I am a regular quest for the sauna, which I think is great, but skip the restaurant.
