Resort Land & Zee

Nice place to be for a few days to travel and make holiday. The evening menue is good and recommendable. We had halfboard, so it was good. Breakfast standard. Room spacious and big as a suite. Mattresse ok but too soft for a longer stay. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Parking is on the parking areas outside and around resort and without charge, during our stay. Beach is in the near to pass Rampweg to the other side within 8 minutes, over the dyke. Strandbar and wonderful beach and sand. The only thing which was not good at the end to see that the tourist charge was seperated in one part tourist charge and another amount extra for service costs Hotel. We would say we paid a high rate per day for room and the services, so we couldn't understand to pay an extra service charge for the Hotel, and for what? And over all, this was stated in total amount as tourist charge per day within the booking and at payment was totally different. This should be stated and communicated clearer and better in their bookings and stating services!

The hotel is expensive while taking into consideration what you get. The staff is not well organized. The environment is very nice, and the property kids friendly. The service unfortunately takes the experience down. When you pay 300 euros per night, you don’t expect a waiter in the restaurant giving you a lecture on time management. The reception team unorganized and no communication between the employees.

We did a last minute booking wich we didn't regret for a second.
First of all, pricewise, The cottages and amenities far exceeded our expectations. Everything was not only super cozy but also very practical and above all 100% clean.
The breakfast exceeded all expectations and was tastefully served by the ever-friendly staff.
Finally, we can not help but end with a special mention for the lovely lady at the reception, who effortlessly put an extra smile on our face.

We were at Resort Land en Zee for a week. It was relaxing and fun to be able to get away. We were in studio room which was nice size for 2 people. Pet friendly of course and our dogs love to explored the area. Right now, we had to pick up our breakfast from the restaurant but they will deliver dinner at your place at time which very convenience if you dont cook. ||Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We are recommending this resort and definitely will come back again.

We booked here for the weekend (a standard room), it was indeed small but clean and a nice terrace in front of room. |Nice welcome by receptionist. We had dinner on friday night. They trained a girl i quess for the summer season she was also very nice but please give her more training. We had carpaccio and chicken saté (they say the best saté from Zeeland). Well i did not like the carpaccio, it was wattery and tasteless. About the sate be carefull when you mention the best of Zeeland because the peanutsauce was like soup and some pieces of the chicken were black....don't serve it like that. Then breakfast.....realky such a bummer that they have a short on staff during busy breakfast. They gave alot/enough on the buffet but NOT in a logical order and that makes the buffet a mess! Tables aren't cleaned on time when people leave or come in again. Please make sure not only food us added on time, also plates etc, get a real coffeemachine.|It will make breakfast much more pleasant without chaos. I must say staff is very kind and friendly which is a big plus. Area is nice, beds were good.

Great place to stay and very close to the beach. You can stay in the hotel or bring your caravan or tent. Breakfast in the hotel is basic. Dinner is very nice with a vegan, fish or meat selection on a 3 course meal. Rooms are clean and basic. We enjoyed our stay.

The first time we stayed was so lovely, easy and the cabin had everything we needed and the breakfast was great. But this second time was a real disappointment with several confused, slow and disorganised receptionists or simply no receptionist at all when we came to the lobby. Also only one toilet block for the entire campsite. We highly suggest you put porto potties or build more toilets in the corners of the campsite. The one highlight is that the location is close to the beach. But unfortunately due to this last experience and the high price for camping compared to other campsites, we won't be coming back.

We spent a couple of nights in this lovely Hotel, which is located in an outstanding place. The room seemed to be designed to have an extremely relaxing stay and even our dog enjoyed the huge garden out of our room. We appreciated the personnel attention to detail and the full availability. This Resort will always bring back happy memories. Thank you indeed Resort L&Z Team for the short but great time we had there.
