Very good spa experience, more careful to cleanliness compared to most other similar structures! The choice of saunas and pools is quite varied and when I went it was not too crowded. Really loved the salt pool as it gives that natural touch that is usually needed in these places! One note, is that I wish there were warmer saunas, as even the 80degree ones did not really feel like they were reaching that temperature. Overall, good experience! The restaurant could definitely be cheaper but the food was pretty good.
Just a so-so thermen, not big, so do not expect too much, in term of luxe facilities…the worst thing here ever is the quality of food/cooking there : less quality for too high prices. A real downfall : protocol-like customer service and…Terrible salad choices : leftover of almost the whole dish of the "too tough/hard to chew" roman-salads. What happened with lots of chefs in several thermen centres nowadays ? Are they fed up to cook properly with respect to their customers or is it just the matter of their policy. We just passed the point of no return here. So, no, not anymore, thank you !

One sauce was not working, outside one jacuzzi was also not working. Staff in a reception - terrible. You come excited and you are met with some tweens that don't even say good evening to you or gives you an explanation... That ruined a lot. Other than that inside is nice, beautiful place, nice to see a cold room, and silent sauna's which was very helpful when people are going inside sauna to chat.. :D
Beautiful spa with a wonderful interior design (art based) and plenty of diverse saunas. The restaurant had really nice food and the staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely will visit again
We have visited the spa several times and came for a relaxing evening. My husband and I were in the hot tub sitting side by side and I had gave him a hug and kissed his cheek and the restaurant manager Yolanda came out to yell at us. When we were in the restaurant having dinner. She was berating and yelling at her colleagues. Yet when we complained, they said there was nothing they could do except speak to her. Yolanda came out and I told her I wanted to speak to her about her yelling at us. She said she was in her right as there is no hugging or kissing allowed. I’m said ma’am, you made an assumption that was not true. She said well I make my rounds and do this to everyone. What at actual hell. People come to a spa to relax, and not be yelled at. And there was no recompense offered or an apology. Very bad customer service. Oh she also said go ahead and call the boss. They won’t do anything.
Not the best spa experience. Place is absolutely packed and tiny. They kick you out of the relaxation area when they have paid sessions, absolutely rude! Not enough facilities for 5 stars spa and prices are the same. Staff is really kind and friendly!
The Spa is very nice, very nice facilities, organized and clean. Everything is new and very nice, the common sauna, the spectacular hamah massage. everything was good until dinner, we stayed for dinner, the service was very slow, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to bring a meat that I asked for well done, they brought it raw, I asked to the waitress and she changed the meat, they took a while again and the meat was raw again. After having a bad experience at dinner we went to pay and we had a gift card and when we went to pay they did not receive it because it was blocked and they did not help us, that we had to pay everything and we contact customer service which was already late , because they only charge at the exit, and they made us pay the full amount and that we understood each other with the customer service. I don't understand why they sell gift cards if in the end they are going to make the customer pay for everything and they don't help at all to solve it. What a pity that after a nice day they spoiled the experience for us due to a bad dinner and bad check out.
