Disappointing Experience Due to Multiple Issues

I always travel from Amsterdam to visit this sauna because I’ve had great experiences here, but this time was disappointing. Had I known about the issues beforehand, I would have chosen a different sauna.

The hottest sauna wasn’t working, and the one next to it was also out of order. Two showers were unavailable, which led to waiting times during busy moments. While this resulted in some amusing conversations, it was still frustrating given the other problems.

Additionally, the hot tub was too cold. And yes, I really mean cold—on a chilly day, a lukewarm hot tub is far from enjoyable. The sauna next to the hot tub was only 50°C and later dropped to 40°C, even though I was told it should normally be at 60°C. Since several saunas were closed, the ones that remained open were noticeably overcrowded, making the experience less relaxing.

One positive change, however, was the aufguss session in the newly built sauna. The lady who usually performs the session (at least during my visits) did an amazing job as always. Thanks to her, I still got my share of warmth, but paying €38.50 and making such a long trip just for that doesn’t feel fair.

I hope improvements will be made soon because I’m now reconsidering whether it’s worth the long drive. Oh, and there were no hooks near the hot tub to hang bathrobes, which was also inconvenient.

Lovely sauna. Surprisingly large, well maintained and good quality for a holiday park sauna.
You can visit the sauna seperately as well. It's not too expensive. The staff is very kind and helpful.

This is the best place to stay in Holland where we have been. Ideal for families with children, everything is thought out for children. Cool baths for adults. Nobody bothers to rest. The staff is friendly, very clean everywhere, everything is thought out. I forgot the charger in the house, they sent it to me by parcel. Thanks for the rest. I recommend it to everyone, a very worthy place to relax with the whole family.

Great place with a lot of different options in small sauna cabins. Especially nice in Corona times when only 2 persons are allowed inside each cabin and there is always a (sun)bed available. Food and coffee are good too. Two time slots are between 10.00 - 15.00 and 16.00 - 21.00

Great sauna. Clean and nicely decorated. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff and decent food ( expensive though). I like the variety of saunas too

Nice and cosy sauna place. The guided sauna is the best I have ever seen, with various oils and music. Tge restaurant is also very nice with good meals.
