We went for the spa day only. It was nice being offline for the day and to relax in the pools. There were both indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy and a wide variety of saunas, too. The pools were the best part, in my opinion. You had to use the saunas without clothes. Towels, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided. While the bathrobes were not exactly needed throughout the day, a bathrobe was required for the lunch area. I must add that they were extremely expensive to rent. The service was just alright with some awkward service at the restaurant initially. The food was meh, and the menu did not have much variety.
Overall, I'll say the experience was average.
Review:
This was not our first time staying at this amazing SPA hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect.
The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning, situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It adds an extra touch of serenity to the entire experience and makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.
The SPA is the absolute highlight, offering an incredible variety of saunas. Each one is unique, and the experience is so relaxing.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that make you feel at home while still enjoying a luxurious atmosphere.
We keep coming back because this place truly provides the ultimate relaxation experience. With its excellent location, stunning views, and top-notch service, we can’t recommend it enough!
We have visited thermae 2000 spa and wellness center and it was great experience. Everything was smooth and the pool and saunas were extraordinary clean. The temperature of water was good and you could relax with nice view.
The best part was sauna Infinitum (maybe I wrote it wrong). Someone from staff come to sauna and s/he dances with music and some works with ice and rise the temperature to 80 degrees and it was the best part. You need to check the boards in the area to know the time of performance.
The restaurant is also fantastic. Normally, the foods in this kind of place are not very good, but here is perfect. Don’t forget to eat Buratta salad. It is delicious.
All in all, you could have a full day of joy and wellness in this space center.
Highly recommended.
I visited the beautiful Thermae 2000 with a friend. It was such a treat spending the day offline, relaxing and unwinding in all the thermal baths, whirlpools, saunas and steam baths. The options are abundant! We also had a lovely lunch.
The hotel’s welcome was excellent. During check-in, there was a gentleman named Shahin who was incredibly helpful and patiently explained everything to us. It was the first time in a hotel that someone put so much effort into helping us.
The hotel’s food, service, and everything else were amazing. The rooms were clean The staff’s behavior was truly five-star. We will definitely return!
We visit this place 30 years ago, and had a great time and good memories, so we thought lets go back and expected it to be updated and better than 30 years ago. Well it does not the water is cold, everything looks, feels and is outdated and the food is just terrible. Then we got scolded 3 times because we brought our phone inside, so we just left. Incredible we live in modern times and I need my phone with me 24x7. Never experienced this at any other spa around the world. Overall can’t recommend this place to anyone and we certainly never go back again.
Went for a spa day only. The installations are amazing, it’s a gorgeous place with many saunas, pools and steam baths. However instead of keeping it luxurious by limiting the amount of people they allow in, they pack it up to the point where it stops being a relaxing experience. The pools are full, you need to share tiny saunas with 10+ people. I of course understand this is a shared space, but I’ve been to many spas and I’ve never been this cramped. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go on the weekends.
Did not stay at the hotel but did a spa day.
Although the website said it was a mix day (clothing optional) we were told we could not use the sauna while in our bathing suit.
This was a letdown tbh.
Also we wanted to eat at the lounge so we waited untill it opened only to be sent away because the kitchen would not open for another 2 hours.
We booked a massage which was done very well but to book it we needed to put in a timeframe for how long we would be there.
This gives them a timeframe to plan the massage in so i advise filling in a small window so you have some controll over when you get your treatment/massage.
We had a suger scrub in a sauna which was very nice but like almost everything extra.
If you don't pay attention you will be presented with a significant bill at the end of the day.
Personell was professional and helpfull but the brand has a real moneygrab vibe.
Would go again but then bring slippers, towels and robes ourselves.
That alone for 2 people was 72 euro's 😵.
