Spa nova prive sauna Nederland

Wow! This was the most amazing experience from the staff to the decor and amazing hospitality I can’t fault our experience here. All the ladies were so helpful and welcoming we even got to enjoy some Moroccan tea, the spa was clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back and we will be recommending this to everyone! Highlight of our trip.

It's not a cheap outing but...

It was warm, it was clean enough, the facilities all worked (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, TV/music), the staff were really nice, and the kids loved it.

We came here for a family day out and we really enjoyed the time here.

We will definitely visit again

I also think it would also be a great date for a new couple. Great opportunity to see each other in swimwear and in private.

Amazing!! So relaxing .. the only thing do not keep your towels in the ground they will get wet.

Why 4 out of 5 stars?
- The prices on the site are listed as 'From' prices which makes it super hard to understand what the actual price is until you are in the last step of the booking experience. This makes me feel a bit cheated :)
- The website lists different packages on the specific 'Location' pages. We wanted to book the 'Relaxed' package but we couldn't find it on the website. Apparently, the 'Relaxed' packages is rebranded to the 'Love package'. Confusing.
- Only after booking, we received an email that we can't pay the remaining amount by card. We literally had to go get cash only for this specific occasion. I tried getting this sorted beforehand but that just create more miscommunication. It also feels a bit shady that you can can't pay by card (I'm not saying it is shady though, it just felt like that!)

I will most definitely adjust my rating if above points are addressed because I believe this will improve the experience for all customers.

Very pleasant time, everything is clean and nice. The only surprise we didn’t realize what does mixed couple means and came with a friend which is not allowed. But luckily there was a spare additional room so we can split but still enjoy the time. Absolutely recommended!
