Guerlain Spa

I booked a ‘Radiance facial treatment’ at the Guerlain Spa at Waldorf Astoria. From start to finish you are pampered and given the personal attention you deserve. The facilities are very comfortable and the staff very professional. After the treatment you can enjoy all the further facilities the Spa has to offer. An oasis of peace and comfort that only a great Spa can offer. I will definitely recommend this experience.

Great spa and great service. The spa facilities are clean. The only disappointment is no Guerlain amenities offered to guests purchasing treatments. Would still happily return

Part of the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, this spa is lovely, offering warm garden sunlight, a sauna, steam room, and pool. It’s a manageable size so you feel relaxation all around. Going for the day and also getting a treatment/massage is highly recommended

We had a great SPA day with Massage this Saturday afternoon and had an amazing experience. The facilities were great, and they take care of little details and pay attention to the pre and post treatment experience. With a very comfortable massage room, and temperature, to the post massage relaxing room, pool, steam room/ sauna. The best thing was all the staff, very attentive and genuinely very kind. We loved our Greek therapist and we give her a big kudos with big K. She made our time there super special and deserves recognition.

On Christmas Day we enjoyed an Imperial Relaxing Massage at Guerlain Spa. We are regular sauna visitors and get massages regularly. And they both came to the conclusion that this was the best massage ever. The ultimate relaxation!

I’ve used the Guerlain Spa twice while staying at the Waldorf Astoria and both times it was a really fantastic experience. The spa has a small and intimate atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and accommodating without being stiff or formal. All treatments were great and just very relaxing, and I especially enjoyed spending time in there pool, which isn’t that big, but was a very pleasant way to wind down. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I always attempt to spoil ourselves to one nice spa a year. We’ve tried “the best” in cities like Rome, Monte Carlo, Mykonos, Miami, Scottsdale, Berlin, and several other metropolitan markets. Long story short: We have NEVER been pampered the way our therapists pampered us at Guerlain in Amsterdam. They were both artists who have perfected the craft. I rarely leave reviews, both this was so beyond expectations that both therapists deserve the recognition 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Guerlain Spa is the best spa and massage center I have ever visited in Amsterdam. It feels very intimate and private. Very high quality, luxurious area, very professional ! The staff welcomes you in a lovely way with lots of attention, always open to hear about your wishes, and very flexible. The quality of massage is very good. The spa area is fantastic, you almost have the area for yourself, as it is on appointment only. Great Experience, I highly recommend !
