From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a calming environment that immediately put me at ease. The soulful music and wonderful aroma of essential oils created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A special thank you to Zahara, who took the time to patiently listen to my needs and tailored the massage accordingly. She worked through all the tension stored in my body with great skill and care, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. If you're looking for a luxurious and deeply relaxing massage experience, Five City Spa is the place to go.

I got a neck and shoulder massage from John. It was so relaxing and I definitely feel the difference even after a few days, which is a blessing. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Only complaint I have is the QR code camera doesn't work, so you might have to wait outside until somebody let's you in.

Absolutely loved it face treatment done by Cindy. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She was very warm and thoughtful with her client.
They use really good quality face products.

Went for a massage, and I'm truly disappointed by the time management. If I'm paying for a 50 min massage, I should get a massage for 50 mins. For an appointment that starts at 12, we get called in at 12.04, then some more time to get ready - so the massage starts at 12.08/12.10 but the massage ends at 12.50! The massage was also incomplete. I don't understand why they don't just call you in earlier - the rooms were free.

This is my second experience with them. I went to them a few years back and had the exact same experience.

I had an appointment on for a massage. This was moved to an hour earlier by five city spa. When I got there I was surprised to see that I was going to be massaged by a man. I’ve been going to five city spa since 2015 and always had a really good experience and I never had to clarify I prefer to be massaged by a woman. I said I didn’t feel comfortable to have the massage with a man. They said they would cancel it, I never heard anything back from them. I called reception and they said I should’ve clarified in my preferences with whom I wanted to have the massage (this is not even mentioned anywhere in the booking policies and it doesn’t seem to be even an option), now it seems I don’t even have the right for a restitution or rebooking a massage. Really bad experience and client service. I will never go to five city spa and I won’t ever recommend this spa to anyone again.

After having a call with them, they will reimburse part of the costs to my personal account which made it positive in the end and also apologized for the whole incident, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely amazing bodymassages and facial treatments from a fantastic team. Love Joure, Laurence, Geesje, Evelyne and Enzo for their dedication to relaxation. It's a little haven in Utrecht with a beautiful sphere and interior. Choose your own music, after-tea, and the preference of massage. The facials are based on products from Team d'Joseph which is based on rare natural cosmetics from Tirol Plants which gives this amazing effect.

I frequent this spa and in my most recent experience I had one of the best massages of my life. I always have a pleasant experience but this time my therapist Famke was absolutely brilliant. I would recommend this spa to anyone. I especially love that you can specify which music you would like to relax to--slow jazz, of course! And you can specify which areas you would like to concentrate on and which aroma you prefer when you make the booking. Perfection!

I booked a 90 minute massage and after I was done realised that it had only been 55 minutes. When I asked about it, they admitted that they had changed my booking to a pregnancy massage without checking with me (I had intentionally NOT booked a pregnancy massage but a full body massage). I then had to (upon my own request, not because it was suggested) go to another building to ask at reception whether I could at least get the difference in money back, this wasn't even pointed out or offered to me directly - so I guess I would have ended up overpaying AND not getting what I had booked otherwise. The massage itself was ok, but nothing special. Overpriced and bad service if you ask me, would certainly not recommend or come back.
