I am a frequent visitor of this place and I absolutely love it and the ladies that work there. I often book my massage with Dina but recently had an appointment with Nicole who was also absolutely amazing. The room is always nicely prepared and has beautiful smell. Last time Nicole was soo thorough and precise during the massage. She took care of me from the top of my head to my pinky toes. Ladies always make sure that they use the entire slot booked by me and ask if I need anything special on the day of my treatment. Fully recommend this place

I booked the "Relaxing Massage," which was meant to focus on the upper body.

Unfortunately, it was so bad that, in hindsight, it’s almost comical. I’m not sure if the therapist who gave the massage was even qualified.

There wasn’t a consultation at the beginning of the treatment. During, her technique was virtually non-existent, and it felt as though she was deliberately avoiding putting in any real effort. During the session I asked for the pressure to be firmer and she simply didn’t respond.

The establishment itself was also below the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. For example, there appeared to be a leak in the treatment room’s AC unit, which caused random drips throughout the session. It wasn’t just a few drops—it sounded more like a gush.

However, my friend received a massage from a different therapist and said it was excellent, so perhaps I was just unlucky that day!

Great massage. Flexible timing wise. Room temperature was asked if comfortable. Summer was good masseuse. Thankful and wish I had booked for longer time!

Only I was unable online to figure out how to book the sauna. So I only had the massage for now.

Great place if you have OneFit. Usually not that crowded, and quite clean. The only problem is the Steam Sauna isn't working 80% of the time, but otherwise it's pretty nice. If you don't bring your own towel the rental cost is 5-10 eur, and the slippers (actually pretty good quality! you can re-use them later) are 5 eur.

The wellness just cancell the appointment on the day I supposed to have a massage treatment WITHOUT any notification at all.

The only explanation they could give is that Classpass holder has LOWER ranking than hotel guests.
If the wellness cant commit and cant handle classpass holders, then they shouldnt join the program at all!!!!

Do not book this salon through Classpass. They have cancelled my appointments several times at the last minute resulting in me losing points. If they want to prioritise hotel guests, then they shouldn't offer their services on Classpass.

I guess fashion does not equate efficiency

Nice hotel but just does not cut it to hold a business meeting. Lack of power plugs on the table. Lack of keys for people meeting in the workshop to enter and leave. Difficult kitchen to actually get 5 dishes ready at the same time even though ordered 30 minutes before going to the brasserie to eat.

All in all a bit of a hassle.

Parking was efficiently arranged and they even had ladies parking.
