Mamounia Spa

Had a super nice time at this spa with my wife! Everything was really clean, and the pool and sauna were amazing!
Maya was really nice and helpful! We got the romance package, and it looked really lovely! So nice with the candles and balloons. The fruit plate was awesome, too!
If the menu had some more healthy food and drinks, the spa would be even better!

All around great experience. Splendid service, clean and everything fully functional. Have to be a little careful at the pool entrance, it was a bit slippery but that is to be expected. The romantic package was great value and absolutely recommended.

Only advice I would give to the owner is to move the pin on google maps, as its not on the actual spot and we had to consult the website to find the place.

The worst spa I've ever been to. I really wish I'd spent more time reading reviews as it really doesn't make sense this place has 4.8*.

First, the layout made absolutely no sense. The only seating area that's not plastic seats is the "lounge area", which is immediately to your right when you come through the door. This means the receptionist is less than 5 meters away from you and you can hear them working. Zero privacy at all.

The sauna was barely hot until the last 20 minutes. It was also very dark as one light was broken and you weren't allowed to put water on the stones.

The swimming pool was cold. Like the temperature of a lake. So you couldn't relax in it at all.

The steam room was tiny and the steam comes out a tap in the bottom that burns your feet.

The jacuzzi was the only thing that was semi functional. Temperature was okay. Not many bubbles.

Decoration all looked quite tacky and the place wasn't particularly clean.

Tike floor was very slippery, so it didn't feel safe walking around.

There's also no phone signal downstairs and the receptionist couldn't find the WiFi password. So we weren't even able to try streaming music on the tiny speaker they provided.

Overall, it was not at all relaxing and absolutely wasn't "luxury".

There are plenty of good spas to go to in the Netherlands. This isn't one of them.

Please don't fall for the pictures and the "good" reviews on top.

Swimming pool was cold, the jacuzzi was too hot, by the time the sauna got to an enjoyable temperature our time was done (we had booked the spa for two hours).

The supposed bed by the pool was in poor condition, there was water on it, and it was torn. We didn't even go to the bed upstairs 'cause I was scared to get a UTI.

The weirdest thing was we wanted the WiFi connection so we called the staff to give us the password but she had no idea if they even had wifi!!!??? She said she'll call someone and ask but we got nothing after that. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW YOU HAVE AND WHAT NOT?!

For this price or for any price this wasn't worth it. It felt like a SCAM basically. There's another spa just around the corner called Atlantis Spa, they know each other. I would suggest not to go there either.
