Beauty Sauna Peize

An incredible experience. I had the deal for a 30 euro entry with dinner included. The sauna and pools are fantastic. Staff is very friendly. For dinner, I had a delicious burger with fries and a salad. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Not only has this place a great choice of saunas and other relaxing activities, such as massage, the receptionist was absolutely amazing. She did her best for me and my friend to have our massage at the same time, even went to great lengths to find us at the resort in order to let us know.
Prices are very acceptable and the resort itself is lovely.

Nice place but poor customer service from the reception staff, not very kind and helpful. Also happens several times for us that we arrive around 7pm and there is no shower foam in more than two of the showers. When I went to the reception desk to inform and ask if they could do something, the receptionist was rude saying I was the only one who reported that and did not want to even ask from her colleagues to check.
Spa Well - we love visiting but make sure you keep clients happy with providing a good service for the price people pay.

We were really looking forward to spending a day here but it was a real disappointment.
There are quite a few saunas and pools, that's the only good thing I can say. Sadly they are quite dirty. Pools are dirty, the wooden headrest in some saunas literally have black mould and in the infrasauna you can see thick layers of dust in the racks. Eeuw. There is only one drinking fountain and it is never cleaned, you see absolutely no staff walking around to check if anything needs to be cleaned. Let's not even mention the state of the toilets...At 17.00 you could see on the list it was last cleaned at 11.00.
When leaving we got charged 26 euros for 2 soft drinks. Upon checking the receipt it turned out that the two 'entrance including sandwich' tickets we had booked got ignored and they put the one of the pre-paid dishes on as extra (we chose from the correct list). When we pointed this out and complainied, the woman in front desk said there was nothing to be done as we have 'accepted the receipt' and we can get a voucher for next time at best. She was rude and 2 other couples complained about her just after us. Guess who doesn't need a voucher as there will be no next time.

Its a great spa with a large variety in saunas. Sadly there is no longer a resting area indoors besides the restaurant, so be sure to go on a sunny day if you like to lie down after your sauna sessions.

nice complex, bit outdated and with a dangerous concrete threshold in the restaurant area (a guest did not see it and fell..) and slippery stones in the swimmingpoolarea. We had to wait a real long time (up to 30 min) before our order was taken, there is only one person that takes all orders and she did not scan the area... more guests were complaining about this ordering issue and it was not just once....Once ordered the order was served really quick and the taste was OK.
Happy to come back but hoping for improvements. Sven, Assen

The facilities are clean but very loud. Overal impression is a bit outdated and 90’s. We ordered a deal for entry and dinner.. Firs we got something we didn’t order and then the food wasn’t very tasty. Both of us had salads and for a regular price of 13,95 € you would expect something more then lattuce and some
Steamed veggies. No taste or creativity at all. Really disappointing and expensive. Wouldn’t go there again, not very recomendable.
