Thermen Holiday

I really like this place. especially the rituals in the Kelo badhuis. i enjoy it every time. in fact i didn't even move from schiedam just because of thermen holiday schiedam. living nearby and being able to come in my free time - what could be better?

I go regularly to the SPA and really enjoy it. There are many saunas, swimming-pools and extra heat-up services in the sauna. The restaurant menu has enough choice for different diets. What i would like to add is some music in the saunas.

The staff are quite nice and patient. However the facilities are disappointing. The pools are too cold. And the most shocking thing is that they only have cold water in the changing/wash room. Taking a freezing shower at the end ruined all the experience. Luckily I didn’t get a cold after the shower.

Pretty disappointed... The water of the baths outdoors was cold, and indoors warm but not for a spa, more like mild. Also, people were talking in the saunas. This was very annoying since one expects to relax but it's impossible 🤦‍♀️. Definetely not coming back. This is not acceptable for the price we've paid.

The staff was friendly, sauna was great. However the robes and towels definitely don’t worth 23 euro to rent and the pools are way too small and cold.

I must say that it was a pretty lovely day at thermen holiday!
From the moment we have been welcomed inside to the last bath we took, the experience was constantly pleasant.
I enjoyed very much the fact that every hour there was a different sauna activity, i loved it!
And the guy working inside of the sauna taking care of us and the heat was a real pro.
I will definitelly go back!

We booked an onsen and dining package online, but upon arrival, we were shocked to learn we were forced to rent their overpriced bathrobes just to access the dining area, which is a requirement not mentioned from the website. They use this deceptive tactic to squeeze more money out of guests. When we tried to discuss this unfair policy with management, the manager was downright rude. This place operates no integrity, and we will not come again.

Yesterday my partner and I went to Thermen Holiday, and we joined thé sauna lead by Ilona. What a nice relaxing to be in sauna with her. She introduces what to do, music and incense that she is going to aply during thé sauna time. It was such a lovely time. Thank you Ilona.
