Incredible experience. Staff were super friendly as soon as we walked in. Very clean and tranquil. We have the private sauna experience and loved it. 2 hours was a good amount of time as well. Definitely recommend 🤩

Fantastic!!! Super clean, nicely decorated, friendly, calm, relaxing—will be back. We did the double sauna for 45 min (room also had shower). Have been looking for nice infrared place. Highly recommend.

Lovely experience that exceeded my expectations. A tranquil escape in an industrial area. The place is clean and looked well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and kind. I will be coming back for another infrared sauna and perhaps a massage too next time. Only small critique is that I couldn’t find anywhere to lock my bike except to the metal stairs 😅

I couldn't give this place a better review! I brought my friend for her birthday and we did the private wellness studio with afternoon tea and massages. We had the most wonderful time, the massages were amazing, the afternoon tea was fresh and homemade, the staff members were so kind and welcoming and the facilities very clean. We loved the privacy of the studio and left feeling very happy and relaxed. We will be back for sure :)

The wellness package provides a really fantastic private space, and we enjoyed our massages.

Don't be fooled by the weird location, this is a real oasis! Plus you can have lunch at IKEA afterwards if you like 😂

What an experience, I'm going to try come again before I leave the massage chairs are wow, I am lost for words using those it's just so good, the infrared sauna is good too (very hot as expected)

SOAK is where I go to for my ultimate spa / sauna experience. This place breaths such a chill atmosphere, the juices are so yummi and I feel so relaxed everytime I leave the place. It really is Amsterdam's best kept secret. I love it!!
