My manicure was so good! Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the lady nail technician (maybe it was Olga?) but her attention to detail was really commendable. Would love to go back

Such a nice idea, but not working. At the L3 the lady was sending everyone away for at least 30 min saying her shift is over at ~1 pm and no one is coming. Why even to remain open if you cannot take customers? Makes no sense. At L2 when I came the day was serving another customer and despite me being present for 3-5 minutes didn’t even bother to acknowledge that I am standing and waiting for her attention.

Waited ages for the staff member to see to me as she was sat on her phone on the massage chair, I paid €38 for. 15 minute foot massage and only got a 10 minute foot massage that was very uncomfortable- the lady was obviously not experienced or trained properly as she was massaging over my bone - no customer service at all - awful experience I left feeling robbed

Just did a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage with George. Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever received! The perfect amount of pressure to relieve the problems I was having. Not only was the massage amazing, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about how the body works. He gave a handful of very practical tips on how to prevent the tension and issues from happening in the future. Money well spent!

Just flew for 11 hours and still have 5 more to go! A massage seemed a good use of time. 8 went to the XpressSpa that is located on the way to G & H gates. I paid 62 euros or roughly $68 US dollars for 30 minutes of neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards they offered to let me sit in a massage chair with no additional cost. This massage station is wheelchair ♿ accessible. The place is very clean, there were many options and services available. The massage was just the right firmness and the masseuse was really good.

Did a 30 min foot massage. Super professional and very efficient. Quality is very high, that is very unusual for airport facilities where clients do not come back. Very well done

Today I had a great massage at Schiphol lounge 3! I felt very good during and after the treatment.
She worked nicely on my neck, shoulder and back.
And at the end I also got a little head massage. It made me very relaxed in overalls.
Will definitely come back.

I just had a great neck and back massage. The therapist was incredibly skilled and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. My neck and back tension melted away!
