Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Helmond

My husband and I visited this place on a cycle trip across Europe. It was very modern. The room was a nice size. It was clean and it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
It had a flat screen TV, a hairdryer, shower gel and soap. Nice white fluffy towels. The glass door on the bathroom was very heavy. But we loved the room. They kindly let us store our ebikes.
We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have any.

Had a lovely 2 days, all-inclusive wellness package at Fletcher Helmond. Great service all around, from Bart at reception, to Noemie for the massage, the sweet ladies welcoming me to the resort, the very new and kind bartender at the Blue bar and Leslie in the Blue restaurant. You all made my relaxing escape better, so thank you kindly and keep up the good job 👏
Breakfast was delicious, suffisant and brought to my room every morning, so thank you all very much ❤️

Still in the room while writing this review. I've been a maintenance man for quite a few years in a block of 16 holiday apartments. So this is my view on things. Overall a good hotel. Enough free parking in the neighborhood. Rooms are alright and they look clean. Water kettle and Nespresso available with new stock every morning. Same goes for the beds, clean and comfortable. I do have the impression that housekeeping only takes a glance on specific things. They do enter the rooms to at least look if any new towels, coffee or tea are needed but forget to check certain things. Examples. Two extra pillows in the wardrobe, one without cover so I had to get one from reception. Hand soap dispenser at the bathroom sink was empty for 2 days so I had to ask reception. (Who does not wash hands after toilet use). Bathroom floor which is black and rough is quite lime stained and could use a good descaling agent. Same goes for the black 'stone' squarish sink that's not level and water stays in the sink's corner giving it an unclean look with lime scale. Leaving one of your key cards in the main switch for power when you leave during the day (lights are off) will be gone when you return, taken by housekeeping so you need to go down to reception again to get a new one. The doors to the corridors don't close well onto the rubber draught excluders and there are no brushes underneath the doors causing sound coming from the corridor that has a hard flooring, coming into the room quite loud, especially in the early mornings when people wake up and housekeeping starts doing their round. It'll wake you up. Can't comment on food because we didn't eat inside.
If you have a good look you will notice that the hotel has already done a good couple of years of service and could use some servicing itself.

I went for the Bowling and the atmosphere was good. But while we were playing we saw technical issues more than 20 times in 2 hours. We ordered some snacks they brought without sauce and tissues. It was so hot inside.

The bed and the view are great.|Staff is very friendly and helpful. Missing are a shower door or curtain, when showering the whole bathroom gets wet. A little more closet space would be handy for people that stay more then just one night.|Overall we were happy to stay there.

When your flight is cancelled and you go somewhere you don’t no nothing about, but you find nice and calm place, with very good staff.

Stay away while you still can! |One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at! |1️⃣ The toilet has limescale all over the floor, |2️⃣ No bath curtain separating the shower area from the toilet, so expect water to be everywhere! |3️⃣ Believe it or not, they don’t even provide a bathrobe. |4️⃣ They claim to have housekeeping, but honestly it’s a shame; |5️⃣ Sheets will only be changed once a week, I even asked for it to be changed more often and they lied straight said they did, when I still saw the previous lip stain on it☺️|6️⃣ Almost never vacuum the room, even if it clearly has stuff on the floor|7️⃣ To top it off, housekeeping come when THEY please and not when it’s is convenient for the guest |8️⃣ I had housekeeping bang my door whilst I was taking a shower, thought there was a fire or something! When I opened the door they wanted to clean the room and even asked me to wait in the hall with my towel. Even threatened they wouldn’t come later if not then. |9️⃣ Food delivery is not allowed. However, if you order from their restaurant then they charge an extra 10 euros🤣||👧🏻 The girl in the reception with thick lashes and a middle part is basically nonexistent as she just stares and the screen, and can’t even provide any sort of help, let alone a smile. |👧🏻 The girl with semi curly hair and micro bladed brows and sharp jaw is even worse; when asked to vacuum my room her response was: do you vacuum your house everyday?

This hotel located near city center. 15 minutes to walk and you will be in centrum. Hotel is very new. Staff is perfect. Room is comfortable. Bed is not good quality. And you must to pay 25€/person if you want to use spa. If you didn't buy the breakfast price is 18€. I like this hotel.
