BLUE Wellness Stadspark

I had a reservation for August 20th and needed to change it to August 19th. I tried reaching them for three days through their website, by calling, and by writing an email, but I didn’t receive any response. On the 19th at 2:00 PM, they finally answered me with some questions😅😅. So yeah, I lost my reservation and my money. Their customer service is really bad... If you're thinking of going there, try not to change your reservation date because you'll probably run into problems 😅. Have a great day! 😊

The reception staff is uninformed and unhelpful. The lady who was "doing her best" to help us, just stared at the computer for couple of minutes, not doing anything and then told us she can't help us. Very limited number of saunas (3 or so), 1 swimming pool with cold water so everyone is either on the pool side or crammed into 2 whirpools nearby. Customer service not willing to provide any response after contacting them for clarification. Not worth the money nor the drive all the way to Bergen op Zoom.

Baths were fine and clean!

However, Had an arrangement package, and had to wait an immensely long time for someone to come help us, with no people around to ask or order anything.

All personnel are friendly
And obout sauna and opgieten Dan Martin Laura is the best with 5 star
And reception are all good specially Nuria 5 star

Hardly not recommended, very very small, dirty inside, doesn't worth it's money. Massage is terrible. Personal is very unprofessional.

Quite small and a bit crowded. But it was very good when the guy kinda pour stuffs on the stones!

Everything was nice, good place, good quality, food delisious👌
