Centre du Lac - Sauna en Beautycentrum

I visited the center today following a somewhat confusing reservation process, during which the staff member was unable to locate the address in the system. Despite this, she kindly suggested that I come in the next morning for a treatment session between 10 AM and 1 PM. The center was relatively quiet, although some minor ongoing renovations caused a bit of disturbance during my visit.

I had intended to use the zonnebank; however, I was disappointed to find that no tanning cream was available, and I was asked if I wanted protective glasses, which, as I understand, are a requirement for the zonnebank. Given these circumstances, I decided to leave before 1 PM.

As I was departing, the receptionist informed me that the morning session I was initially told about does not actually exist on Fridays, and as a result, I was charged for a full day, even though I was only there for two hours in an attempt to relax.

While the center has potential, it seems to be shifting towards a more commercialized atmosphere, which is affecting the quality of service and the private, intimate environment it once offered. Unfortunately, this focus on financial gain is starting to overshadow the customer experience.

We love Centre du Lac, it's cozy and the people visiting are very friendly as is the staff. When the weather gets to be a bit warmer the garden is a very nice place to relax in the sun with a good book and a cold drink. Centre du Lac isn't a, "sauna factory", it isn't the biggest sauna but that's probably one of the reasons it's so nice. Highly recommend!

It is a smaller sauna compared to Bussloo or Soesterberg, but it has everything you need on a spa day. Loved the arrangements. The food is definitely amazing. Definitely coming back.

The staff is really sweet and the crowd is very respectful.

Sauna itself is nice. Though for charging 4 euro extra per customer you'd expect the woodfires to be turned on in the sauna. Staff at the reception is rude. Without reservation they make you feel guilty for coming. But worst of all the lady of the recpetion didnt want to unlock the door because she was doubting if i had paid for entree?! I guess maybe rude is not the good word maybe a lack of attention and appreciation for customers.

A small-scale sauna equipped with all conveniences. Restaurant in a cozy living room atmosphere. By the way, the Beyond Meat burger is highly recommended.

The environment was very nice, clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed my massage. I would like some more privacy to "change" into the towel in the beginning, but other than that, it was perfect ☺️ looking forward to visiting again.

Nice staff (except the sauna meister that needs to chill), nice restaurant and menu, nice atmosphere, but not enough offer of saunas. A good option if you only have a couple of hours
