Billies beach sauna

I enjoyed the sauna. At the end i locked myself outside the sauna. I did not have the code to enter but a guy from te terras next door opend the door me. Excellent service

On behalf of the people of Finland, I approve this sauna 100 %! I had an amazing experience, oh my goodness. A real sauna, you can get a great löyly, and the view!! It was perfect. The number of times I’ve been in zandvoort and thought “oh damn if only there was a sauna I would go for a swim…” well now there is!

Top tip for travellers; pop in from Amsterdam. I visited as I had a few hours to spend in Amsterdam after an overnight bus before a train, and oh man it was exactly what I needed on the road. Train connection from centraal or sloterdijk is fast.

It was a really great experience! The sauna had all you could wish for. Easy access with a code for the lock. Water tap outside to fill the bucket and rinse your feet when returning from the sea. The view even when dark is enchanting. It was clean, handy bags for your phone and watch and abundant space for clothes. Materials to clean the floor of the sand at the end of your visit so the next one can start afresh. We will certainly return!

The whole experience was great. But the sauna is not that hot. Specially if you sit next to the door. Will be nice if you could adjust the heat. Like up to 90 at least. But it felt for me 70 or 75g.

An absolutely brilliant place - we couldn't have wished for more. It is perfectly sized, very clean, smart and with an excellent view.
I'd highly recommend that everyone give it a try - but I'm torn... once it's out - the place will be rammed!

great experience! Sauna is clean, the view is stunning and of course being able to dip into the sea makes it even more special! We'll repeat this again for sure!

I booked Billie’s for the Mother’s Day event with two friends. Charlotte and Julia were so welcoming and friendly, and as we are expats who speak some, but not fluent, Dutch they immediately spoke to us in English with no issues. The sauna space is beautifully and minimally presented. Even the holder for the stones in the sauna isn’t the usual ugly wooden bucket, but a steel and wood holder that’s a pleasure to look at. The sauna has a magnificent view of the beach and it’s a 90 second walk to the sea to cool off after each session. The hospitality, vibes and experience are spot on and I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back in the autumn!
