Sento Spa and Health Club

From first glance the place looks tidy, clean, well designed and quiet. But within time i understood why? As read here already, certain facilities are broken for some time. The crew responded but nothing happened. Maybe management?
Now i understand why is quiet there. :-)
Very expensive Gym with very little efforts!

A member of Sento club for 6 months now and really enjoy it. It is not cheap, but I think it is worth it. Atmosphere is great, staff is always welcome, super helpful and chill, big kudos to the team. All facilities are also well maintained, gym is not overcrowded, very relaxing and cozy spa centre. Also helpful that you can visit other group classes and swimming pool (but I haven’t been there). Can recommend!

Sento has been such a blessing as I was recovering from burnout, it’s become my go-to place. Everyone here is super personable and helpful and the crowd is so diverse. The coffee is amazing, really great trainers (Ties was my trainer and always so kind and proactive), and amazing spa that has everything you need, including a sauna and the best massage chairs where you can relax for a while. And the little touches like having bath salts makes all the difference. I’m really happy to have found this place in a time where I was struggling 💜 definitely one of the best experiences as an expat in Amsterdam!

The loveliest welcome and staff I’ve ever encountered at a spa. Had a truly magical time with my mum there. Thank you so much for such a personal welcome and in the end due to their policy of not accepting more than 4 additional members in the spa space, it really didn’t feel crowded. If anything it almost felt like a private spa for most of our time there.

Facilites are great and in general and staff is friendly. I give it 3 stars because I think if you have a more complex case where you need attention, the personal trainers and physiotherapy aren't up to the task. I have some challenges to train and I was very disappointed that my physiotherapy there and the PT didn't seem to care too much to speak with each other to give me the proper support. I am in s new gym and it is now and day. Everyone is physiotherapist and they really know what to do. If you have no physical challenges and you just want a nice place to train, it is your place. If you have some health challenges, I would say for the money you pay, this places is not up to the task

My wife and I joined Sento 6 months ago and are really happy that we did. The staff and facilities are great, having access to a pool, gym, classes and a spa ensures that you are never board and are able to mix up your workout routine.

For us the best part of the club has been the amazing trainers and the different small groups and classes that are offered. Each week the trainers will put together small workout sessions that you can join They are fun, challenging and deliver a great workout.

The morning breakfast that is available with a membership isn't bad either.

If you want to find a health club that will improve your physical and mental well being, I can not recommended Sento enough.

A breath of fresh air this one of a kind spa healthclub. The staff is stellar in every way. Health-wise I needed to figure out a new routine, getting back in shape, a friend pointed out I should check out Sento. I felt at ease and welcome. The spaces are balanced and beautiful. They offer many options and perks. Personal training here is next level. Almost forgot to mention: fun roof top work outs with a view.

My reservation got cancelled 2 times and they let me know after days!

I made a reservation for private spa for a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, they told me after 3 days they cancelled the appointment because of an error in their system which created a double booking.

I understood the situation and make another reservation for the next week. Now again, after 4 days they emailed me that they are cancelling again because of staff shortage.

No alternative solution or nothing to make their mistake!

There is definitely a professionalism, communication and customer experience problem on their side which I wish they can improve.
