During a recent visit to Haarlem from the U.S., I booked a massage with Martin to try to resolve some pain I had been having with my forearm and hand. Martin took the time upfront to explain his massage approach with triggers and fascia, and we reviewed the target areas on the computer, which was very educational. After having dozens of massages in the past, Martin was the only masseuse who took the time to truly understand the issue and walk me through his approach to address it. The massage itself was excellent. Martin was very communicative throughout the massage to ensure the pressure level was appropriate and to get my feedback on whether the problem areas were being effectively addressed. Martin also followed up with recommendations for exercises that I can perform on my own to continue to work out the problem areas. Overall, I highly recommend Martin!
