Cowshed Spa

My second time getting the Cowshed Signature Facial at Soho and was just as pleased as the first time. My specialist was incredibly kind and thorough, explaining each step and ensuring I was comfortable. The products all smell amazing and I walked away glowing! The service at this house has been really friendly in comparison to other houses I’ve been to.

I go here often for treatments as I am happy with the results but unfortunately they cancel my appointments more often than not. I had two treatments booked for tomorrow and both are completely cancelled since someone is sick. This has happened before. Please hire more therapists. I’m going out of town and was counting on these appointments. I won’t be able to get a wax and mani anywhere else now before I go.

My facial was so relaxing, I fell asleep! She explained everything she was doing and made me feel really comfortable. It was totally worth it!

Second time I’ve given them a chance and second time have been disappointed. My boyfriend had a pedicure and still had unclean toenails and not great finishing. I had a payment issue (again) with the same guy as last time with having to follow up on not receiving my members discount. Tried to give them another chance but unfortunately with the same issues happening all over again and the same staff, it seems Soho House just isn’t committed to improving their quality for their members. Sad to say I won’t be revisiting the spa here.

Best manicure I have ever had, I booked their signature manicure and have never felt so relaxed after a treatment as this! Chi did an amazing job overall! Will definitely be coming back and also try other treatments.

Amazing experience. Jelaney was absolutely amazing, so gentle but very through. Lovely spa with all the advanced equipment I’m used to in the states.

I would say it is one of the nicest places to go to. The services provided are really phenomenal. Definitely recommended.
