We had a little misunderstanding with our booking as we booked at 15:00 o'clock unit2 sauna but the email we received was written 14:30 o'clock and unit1. They should fix the website :) The place as it self OK , nice lady working at the counter :) We did expect the sauna be hot, but it wasn't at all. Jacuzzi and steam shower was top ! :)

First website wasn’t clear enough, I reserved and they written Hoofddorp 1, Hoofddorp 2,3,4…, rotordam 1, rotordam 2, so any normal client will get as units, but after reserve I went to rotordam then they chocked me that I have to go to amestrdam, was late actually and after conversation with them and call them in Hoofddorp they say the only solution you can come and we can find free unit for you, then I went there, they gave us unit without swimming pool, they was like: you reserve this without swimming pool, then I said ok, but the real problem is: 1 the unit was very very very hot with very small window, jacuzzi was super hot, small sauna like hell, water in jacuzzi is not clean, actually I was reserve 2 hours, I left after one hour and I wanted to leave more early, just take rest from long way driving then left earlier 1 hour cuz believe me there is no any normal human can bear that hell in this unit, and thier price is more expensive than others and that was let me think will be better with good quality service but was not and it doesn’t deserve to visit it for free even, and the light in toilet doesn’t work, it’s really not professional

I really enjoyed. Like this place so much

It was an amazing experience, the fruit platter was beautiful. My sisters and i really enjoyed every minute.

It was clean, had enough space and the hostess was amazing.

When you want to relax please go!

This place made our day and now feel ourselves like totally new) service-5+,hygiene-5+,interior-5+. We gonna come again!
