Nice sauna and relaxed environment, but small, therefore very crowded. Limited charging spots available.
I would give another try , maybe not on the weekend.

I am not a fan of letting children into sauna complexes. Also the showers near the entrance are quite cramped, the dressing room dated, and for some reason they only utilize about a third of their terrain making it unnecessarily crowded.

This is simply the best sauna of The Netherlands! Great atmosphere, food and the best 'opgietingen' (Rob and Hanneke are awesome)! 🎉

Very charming place. Nicely hidden, but very very busy.

We came here as tourists & had a very nice sauna day! The staff was very friendly 😊 especially Daphne at the reception & Alissia (I hope I got that right) in the restaurant were very sweet.
The sauna itself is the best sauna place we've been to. The boat sauna is a real highlight! 😍😍 The food was tasty as well. We had a relaxing day & on the next vacation we'll sure come back 😊😊

Lovely environment and good variety of options, but a bit too busy (on a Sunday afternoon/evening). The food was very good and they were flexible in adapting dishes to be vegan. We did not like that they strictly request everything to be carried in plastic bags, which made the journey a bit less comfortable and I wonder whether such cautionary measures are necessary. The same holds true for their strict policy of wearing a bath gown - I have trouble to understand why a T-shirt with Shorts are not fine for the restaurant. This makes it unnecessarily complicated for people who do not own a gown (10€ rental fee). Overall a nice experience though.

My wife and I spent a delightful day yesterday. We tried every sauna, most pools, enjoyed dinner and relaxed on the beautiful grounds. There is nothing like this in the Texas or in the US!

We paid 120💶 each for a massage plus use of the spa facilities plus rental of towel/Robe/Slippers and it was TOTALLY worth it.

The facility is clean, well maintained and prettily landscaped (even with ducks at which you can peacefully gaze while using the different spas).

I enjoyed the multiple spas with different levels of wet and dry heat. I personally like a very, very warm jacuzzi. The only one I found that was warm enough for me was the roman bath one in a building adjacent to the big pool. But there were plenty of people enjoying the other, not as hot, jacuzzies.

There were a variety of saunas. My favorite was the big sweat lodge style sauna where SaunaDrome puts on herbal aromatherapy treatments for groups of people in the lodge.

The steam rooms were too hot for even me but again, there were plenty of people enjoying them.

They even have light therapy beds with UV and with Ultraviolet. Plus mental light therapy in a beach panaroma room.

It's a nudey place. So everyone is totally naked while enjoying the different spa rooms or they are lounging around in bathrobes at the eateries or bar. All ages and body types. It's no big deal. No creepiness whatsoever. Totally comfortable.

The relaxing massage I got was good. The masseuse knew her craft.

The sun wasn't out so much when we went but there were lovely outdoor places to just lay naked in the sun.

If you're not into nudey places you should STILL go. There is a separate entrance for people who just want to go for massage. The massage prices are reasonable.

The biggest surprise was the quality of the restaurant. The menu selection was much better than I would have expected and the food quality was much higher than I would have expected. I would give 5 stars to the restaurant alone.

You are not allowed to bring your electronic device into the spa area. So no phone or tablet or the like. I respect this but it made my visit a little more challenging because I use Google Translate to read Dutch signs. None of the signage, maps or brochures had English on them. So BEFORE you visit go to the website and study the different spas on offer so that when you arrive you'll understand the rooms you're about to enter before you go in.

You can rent a very cushy robe and towel and slippers for 20 💶. But SaunaDrome also SELLS a very nice variety of quality robes for 45💶.

I would highly recommend this spa. Just FYI, I would not recommend this place for anyone whose mobility needs require ADA compliance. This place does not have anything accomodating for the disabled or mobility challenged that I could see. So if Grandma is using a walker or cane, this is not for her.
